Great place, great location!

Sound in the central area did indeed carry into my private room. Despite signs and clearly described quiet time between the hrs of 10pm and 7am, sometimes morning guest voices woke me up. I don't believe that there is any easy solution to this, as long as guests forget to be considerate and monitor their voice volume.

The East room and central kitchen area available to me were ideal for my needs. When something wasn't quite right, the host very quickly took my text feedback and requests seriously and then remedied things immediately. Everyone was genuinely interested in my comfortable stay at the Vue. Great teamwork!

We couldn't get the coffee grinder to work.

There were muffins in the kitchen for breakfast. Unfortunately, they disappeared too quickly! :) There were other breakfast options and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking.

The facilities were very comfortable and clean. It was a quiet and relaxing place. It was located in a nice neighborhood and was within walking distance to the sea life center, waterfront, shopping and restaurants. I will definitely check for availability if I make it back to Seward.

There were no shelves, closet or dresser space for our clothes. We basically lived out of our suitcase. Some of the food in the kitchen was past pull date

the info to check in was long winded and for the east unit, overly complicated. I got a ton of info, to find out, park right in front of that unit and go up that set of stairs.

it is tiny but if your busy in seward, that's ok. Could feel the cool in the living room space as one wall is all windows and seating isn't far from that. Close the blinds and it's better. Bedroom and bath are both a good size, very comfortable. The kitchen is shared and closed off by a locking door, walls are thin and you will know if there is more than one person in there. I did not use and have no idea how it is appointed. Was a very cute place and very close to down town Seward, I enjoyed my stay!

We live in the upstair suite. It is modern, clean and comfortable. The landlord was very welcome and responsive. We enjoy the stay! Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Seward.

The Vue is a nice place to stay. One exception, We were in the "west room" which has a bedroom above it. The two nights we were there, people were jumping around all hours of the night and kids running on the upstairs floors - so the place needs sound-proofing!

The Vue is a large unit, unique in its ability to accommodate up to 8 people. Daily goodies were left for us and all areas were well stocked with all the necessities. A great escape to enjoy all the beauty Alaska has to offer!!!

Just a couple recommendations: door at bottom stairs, full-length mirrors in bedrooms, tv in shared living space, small wall-clock in kitchen.

As I said noise

Location was great, we went out for breakfast. The only thing. You might think about rugs. You could hear every noise when people walked or talked.

Loved our stay in the 2 bedroom suite upstairs. Breakfast was loaded with options. I’d stay here again. Host was super responsive.

The only thing we found difficult was sleeping. The bed in the west room was very hard/firm so we found ourselves tossing and turning a lot. I think it would help to add black out curtains to the room as well. The shades were good but light still slipped in on the sides and kept the room quite bright when we were trying to sleep.

The kitchen was well stocked and clean so we could cook there! We loved the little seating area outside for morning coffee. Our unit felt spacious and it was nice to have a private living room area with a TV.
