Had a little trouble navigating the heat/AC systems during a "between seasons" stay.

Loved the sound machine in the room, what a nice touch!! Also loved the bagged ice available in the breakfast/coffee area - so convenient!!

Breakfast could be better . The studio room is pretty small .

Very very tight rooms, I would say even "crammy". sardines in a can would feel roomier, don't get fooled by the cover photo, and of course as everything in the Hamptons it's overpriced, off season or not

Breakfast was a nice surprise. There were just few items, but there was a sophisticated coffee machine. On the downside-there was no place to actually eat the breakfast, you have to take it to your room and there were no trays provided. Friendly stuff, good location, right off the road, but that's if you travel off-season. In season it's quite away from the beaches, so the bonus for "location" vanishes.

I thought it was a nice property that was very centrally located. The rooms were big and clean. It was a bit quiet and the staff seemed sparse. That said, they were all friendly.

I don't like the mirror in the room

I like the nice architecture of the main house. The room is very high and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. The room was quiet and warm.

I reserved a two room bungalow. The one room with two beds was not as picture on the site. The room was smaller than the picture. A bit deceiving.

Close to East Hampton which was good for me.

it’s soo noisy! this property is along the highway…cars are right there. I had super bad cell reception and the wi-fi didn’t work. major problem.

We had an interesting experience. There was no one at the front desk when we checked in. After calling both numbers at the front desk Oscar showed up. Our room was not ready so her gave us a different room. In the afternoon our power went out and the only person on staff who didn't seem to know anything or care tried calling someone to help but he did not answer and when he did it could not be fixed so we had to move all of our belongings in the pouring rain to a new room. That room was nicer than the one without power but this was extremely inconvenient - especially in the pouring rain. I feel like they have a great facility but need to get their act together. They are extremely under-staffed. The business hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. but I think you need someone available for more hours than that.

The location was great. The rooms were very clean. The pool was really nice - wish we could have used it. Oscar was extremely helpful but was not there for long.
