We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe parking is a little tight for big vehicles, and the bar next door was a bit loud for a while but the hotel gave us earplugs and the bar died down fairly quickly.
The room was big, the shower was hot, it was a great location, and the price was great! The staff was wonderful and accommodating! Would stay here again!

United StatesParking lot was a little small but not crowded, location backed up to a bar with loud music late at night but not to the point of being annoying, also ear plugs were provided, room could have been a little cleaner, found other people’s left behind things and dust in lots of places bathrooms were very clean but the rest was overlooked. Also hair in the sheets.. at checkout nobody was around so I just had to assume I put my keys in the box by the door

United StatesNo microwave but staff said let them know in advance they'd try to accommodate. Also breakfast was advertised but, Larry explained why no breakfast. I feel check out was to early but again Larry was on top of it.
Very clean, staff was great. Everything was great. Our dog was treated great he got goodies a blanket n more. Larry went above and beyond to assist. Hours were weird for check out but again he gave an extra hour no charge. He was polite and called to tell us we left our pillows there so we went back to get them. Very good place .

United StatesRooms are a little on the small side. Would be nice to have a Keurig for coffee. The coffee supplied was not pleasant. The cable/tv picture wasn’t the clearest. No microwave in the room. No outside pet area for those traveling with their furry friends. Parking is very tight.
Staff was great and room was extremely clean. They provide “pup baskets” with an extra sheet, a fuzzy blanket, and a dog towel if checking in with a furry friend. Probably the cleanest most well taken care of room we have stayed at in a VERY long time!
