The arcade had very few games that actually worked. The water slide closed early 2 of the days we were there. One staff member was very rude when we tried to order a coffee from Starbucks.

The staff was mostly friendly. The view was amazing and the room was clean.

The sink in the rooms were way too high for kids and short people. I'm 5ft tall and struggled with brushing my teeth. Bathrooms were too tight, especially when the door opens inward towards the toilet. Very hard for plus size or large people to navigate through. Also didn't like that there were no sink for hand washing after using the bathroom, as the sinks were out in the entrance way. Lots of sanitizing that we had to do with the bathroom door knobs after each use.

The ceilings in the 2nd floor rooms were high and had chandilers, so the room felt very spacious. I love that rooms can be connected thru a door, so it's great for families needing multiple rooms together. The breakfast was fulfilling and had good options. The big hot tub/pool was the best and the arcade was great too.

The beds need an upgrade! The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, too soft, worn.

Great location, the water park is a plus. There is Starbucks coffee which we liked. The rooms are large with balconies. The staff is friendly.

The rooms were clean ( I really appreciated the wood floors/no carpet. It made the rooms feel much cleaner and more modern). Our kids loved the pool area. It wasn't crowded and they had a great time. The complimentary breakfast was helpful as well.

The noise factor in our room was high. Next door room guests were very noisy. We got the sense that the construction is fairly cheap.

The bathroom was pretty small and the price was a little higher than I was hoping for but it was kind of a last minute and I believe it was the only room left that would accommodate us.

The Water park was fun although crowded and some rude people (not the staff). Love the fact that you had an arcade, the guy at the front counter was awesome.

Our patio door did not want to lock. I tried several times to get the lock on the door to stay locked and it finally did on my 3rd or 4th try. We would have liked a few more "warm" items on the breakfast menu.

Breakfast not competitive with general competition in surrounding states. This was our 4th stop and it rated 3rd on breakfast handling and quality. Pario could be cleaned better and screen did not slide well. Found a snake skin as we entered. Had 7 people waiting at pub bar for a drink. Poor service. Had to yell back in the kitchen to find someone to serve us.Overall service could use a kick.

The Waters of Minocqua is a beautiful property. I didn’t realize it was a resort. The room was a great size. It has a porch, a table, a nice area where food could be put together. The bathroom was lovely. The bed was comfortable. A continental breakfast was offered, which I didn’t realize until I checked in at the hotel.
