I had a double bedroom and it was smaller than expected compared to other hotels. I felt like I couldn't move in the room. Ventilation was below average in the bathroom. Hallways smelled like marijuana. Parking should be free at a location like this.

Location was in a good neighborhood. Traffic and road noise were good. It is close to convenience stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room accessibility was good. The common areas were inviting and well kept.

Not a great location. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything in rooms all around you.

The shower never seemed to get hot water and the door latch didn't fit very well. The deadbolt would engage, but the door latch didn't.

The location was excellent for the event that we were attending.

The shower stall was quite small and it took a very long time for the water to heat up.

We loved the hot tub and the room was nice and large and comfortable.

Our electronic locking door almost didn't work. The whole assembly was loose in a cracked door, and it took significant wiggling for the deadbolt to actually engage when we left the room.

It took forever (over three minutes) for the shower to get hot - but then it was good. No hangers in the room and no on site staff to get them until the next morning.

The staff and location were great. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Our rooms weren’t ready at check in. We were told it would be about 5 minutes and it took about 30 for one of them but the second still wasn’t ready. Went to the room that was supposed to be ready and the code for door wouldn’t work. Went down to lobby and got it sorted out. All 7 of us pilled into the one room to put our stuff down and were told that it would only be a few more minutes and they would come let us know when the second room is available. We waited about 20 more minutes but had to make reservations for dinner and told the lobby not to worry about finding us to let us know the second room was ready as we had to leave. We don’t come back until about 11:30 pm and the second room still wasn’t available so we got a different room.

I didn't like the fact that after my card was charged I still didn't have a room Even though I was right there having a conversation with the lady at the time my card was being processed and even now I'm still waiting for my security deposit back and I checked out like 4 days ago

The hotel felt insecure. The rooms were very small and it felt like a dorm room.

The closeness to where we needed to be was great.

Had to request a coffee pot. The cords to appliances didn't reach outlets. Had to rearrange to use them. Provide enough coffee items for the amount of people staying in the room. We had 4 people and only enough supplies for 2. I wish a breakfast was offered.

On my first visit here the bed was broken, on the second it was the shower. Management needs to pay more attention to this. Some staff were friendly, while others argued with me and were rude when I simply asked for a waste paper basket in the room. I asked for this on both visits but no one seems to be listening. Again, attention to details is lacking so expect many little things to be annoying.

The location is good for a visit to the city with many attractions and shopping nearby. The shared kitchen space is extensive and allows one to prepare almost any meal.

We booked this room thinking we were going to save a little but after cleaning fees, parking fees, and this and that you may as well pay $10 more and book at a hotel with a continental breakfast and save some money on feeding your family unless you are going to cook in the hotel in the shared kitchens.

We liked the location. It was easy to find and get to. The room was cozy. The staff was nice as we had no clue what we were doing. Not a traditional hotel but was very comfortable

Heater did not work in my room

the place was clean and pleasant, I only met 2 staff , the front desk guy and the Maintenance guy, both were very friendly and helpful. The heater was not working in my room, the Maintenance guy delivered a large heater I could use that worked fine. The bed mattress was a little hard, as there is no box spring . All else was fine. Nice location! Garage parking was a nice feature, too.

The check in process was not clearly communicated - there were no instructions to go to the 'front desk'. The parking was stated as complimentary when I booked, then at check in was stated to be $10/night - that's pretty shady not to honor what I was told in my confirmation email. The rooms were a lot smaller than pictured, our door didn't latch & let in tons of light from the hallway - so much so, that we stuffed a towel in between the door & frame to block out light. A big rug would help the space feel warmer & absorb sound - we could hear everything that happened in the hallway & outside of the window. The hallway also smelled like weed smoke for the entire 2 days & nights we were there - I thought this was a non-smoking hotel - we had our kids with us & were expecting clean smelling air. I can see what this place is striving for & there is room for improvement before they get there. We were also double charged by booking.com & will be calling to resolve that issue first thing Monday morning.

I liked the variety of fruit that was available for breakfast - my kids love pomegranates & I was surprised to see one in the bowl of fruit available. The coffee was really good & we even grabbed a donut to go! We all thought the beds were really comfortable & the linens on them were clean & soft.

Very good location, within walking distance to several restaurants and bars in the West-End area and also close to Forest Park in St. Louis. Comfortable room and bed! Friendly staff. Very good value for money!
