I was billed twice for my stay at the Westin. Booking.com didn't pay for my stay. I am very dissatisfied that Booking.com pocketed $2,597.55 that I initially paid up front on June 15, 2025 for this reservation. Consequently I had to come out of my pocket for an additional $2,555.89 at the conclusion of my stay on the property. I also paid Booking.com for Breakfast during my stay, however the Westin staff told me that Booking.com neglected to pay this service as well. Technically $5,153.44 out of my pocket was very disheartening.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable and right on the beach!! We love staying The Westin while visiting Jekyll Island. Staff is always welcoming and kind, especially with the kids.

The rooms are awesome. Most comfy pillows ever. Slept very well. Great location. The guests speak to each other and are pleasant. Why? Happy place = happy people.

The house keeping came to early for people on vacation we missed them 2 days however when we asked they did come.

The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The only complaint I have is one dish I ate. I ordered the rotisserie chicken and it was indeed not rotisserie. It was a piece of processed chicken breast.

The Westin on Jekyll island is a luxury resort. I felt like I was at an all-inclusive resort overseas. The grounds are neatly manicured. The staff is pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The trolley tour was my favorite activity. It was very informative. The peach pie that is served in the restaurant was DELICIOUS!

The location is great. Beach front. A clean beach. You just wake up in the morning and head to the beacg for a walk.

My husband ordered room service and the menu said 1/2 of a chicken but when it arrived it was a tiny piece of chicken. It was very pricey for what you received.

the entire experience was fantastic. And Judi - at the front desk -- was incredibly friendly and helpfull. She is someone we look forward to seeing againn on our next stay. we also especially liked the fact that we chose a slow time of year, without the crowds and without the summer heat. It was perfect weather and we had a glorious suite and balacony overlooking the ocean. JUst a wonderful eperience.

We booked an Ocean View and we very much felt like we had a partial ocean view. There are no complementary meals, coffee, or WiFi. We tried to call the from desk once and only got bots. We couldn’t get in touch with a real person.

We loved the location. The hotel is very close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Complementary beach chairs were awesome and we loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean.

The explanation of the pet policy was a little unclear at the beginning of our stay and upon checkout, we ended up with a bill that was higher than expected. Maybe some better clarification on the front end for guests with pets. Minor, very minor gripe.

The property was absolutely beautiful.

Location perfect. We enjoy history so like to visiting the historical places. Loved the driftwood beach and bought a picture at the gift shop plus jewelry. Enjoyed the restaurants, the driftwood and the weep pub.

Disappointed the hot tub outside was not working. Pay a lot of money not to be able to use all amenities. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. It was only fixed when I said something. My coffee machine did not work. It was replaced but that should be checked prior to arrival. The pool was a little merky. They changed out the dining room furniture the last day we were there. Chairs very uncomfortable. Liked the previous furniture better. Sofa chairs, etc. Honestly, alittle pricey for what you get. I have stayed at other Westin/Marriott beach hotels at same price and received much more of a value for your dollar.

The location and view were great. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Food was good. Thank you for the late checkout on our last day. That meant everything!

The service everywhere was a bit slow. Not that the customer service wasn't there because it was. Everyone was amazing, its just not a very fast paced environment coming from the hustle and bustle of florida. All that to say, it was still a great hotel and experience.

Everything was very nice and clean. The actual hotel is beautiful and the location is great!
