Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesNo onsite store. No towels in pool area. Could not access pool without going through locker room. Parking very expensive. Asked for towels at front desk, were never brought. Fridge in room, but no microwave. TV channels kept saying no signal. No charger ports on one side of the bed.
The room was clean

United StatesThe hotel's restaurant was undergoing construction and there was zero prior notice, which included any snack / drink services. With that, there was no vending machine for snacks or beverages, so guests were expected to have that prior to arriving or dealing with nothing. There wasn't any explicit directions on what parking was sponsored / owned by the hotel, so when arrival we parked in a non-sponsored lot and wasn't able to come and go when wanted. Pictures for this style room were in accurate, so when walking in quite disappointing. While checking in a young man was quite rude and harsh with his responses to me. Again, no micro wave in the room, so even if we had snacks to heat up we were not able to.. Definitely did fit mine or my family's expectations and will probably not book with you again.
Enjoyed the convenience of our location. Went to Minneapolis to see a concert at the Target Center and was able to walk there and to other local restaurants. Room was comfortable, however wish there was a microwave, normally rooms have that but it's okay.

United StatesParking was a nightmare and very confusing when it came time to pay. Each time I left it made me pay again even though I paid for $12 hours it never said anywhere you couldn’t come and go! Then when we went to the pool Sunday morning at 10 am there were dirty towels all over, beer bottles and cans all over and easily accessible to children as they were not empty.
Quiet, clean and the price was good!

United StatesI booked and paid for 2 executive double rooms and only received 1, the other 1 was a standard double room and not close together, we were 4 floors apart. No fast food close by, all are closed on weekends, including Starbucks and Caribou's.
The hotel is part of an old bank, and the dining room is in the old bank lobby, which is nice. Meals were good, a bit $$$$. But Thomas our waiter made it worthwhile, always smiling and happy to help you decide. All of the staff were always kind and ready to assist in any way. Location is close to US Bank Stadium, we were there for football game. Parking garage across street from hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable, need some updating. Pool was big hit for grandson.

CanadaOur room smelled like someone had spayed cologne in it. We are a scent free family so this was jarring and took some time to get used to. I asked the front desk to have a courier pick something up for me and was told the hotel doesn’t offer such a service. Seems to me that if a customer is willing to pay for a service then you find a way to provide that service.
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Building is beautiful! Restaurant staff was amazing and accommodating when we showed up after the kitchen was closed.

United StatesVery few occupants in this downtown hotel on the weekend and many restaurants in area closed on the weekend. Next time I would save money and stay on one of the suburban hotels on the light rail line.
Lovely hotel, but downtown Minneapolis was dead on the weekend. Our bad for not realizing this when we booked. Otherwise great location within short walk of light rail stop and Mississippi River walkways.
