Some fan or air conditioner or something else was making loud noises all night. This is a typical US problem, it is never quiet unfortunately.

The halls were blazing hot to get to our room. Our room was also hot. Luckily it allowed us to lower the temp but felt like it took a long time to cool off enough for us to get sleep.

Property is beautiful, clean & smelled nice. Surprisingly quiet rooms for in the city. Room service for breakfast was fantastic. All of the staff we dealt with from valet to front desk to bar tenders were super friendly.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, a bar of soap was left in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us.

I loved the room, and the fact they are pet friendly ! The bar was good and the drinks were fresh. The staff were welcoming & made us feel absolutely amazing!

Cost of overnight parking was $65 for valet or $54 at adjoining lot. Room with a view was not terribly impressive. Not sure if it was my room but the view was of other building nearby.

Breakfast was very good, although was pricey at $26.

The staff was great. They helped us out and made sure our rooms were together and accommodated us with a late checkout time. Location was excellent, easy access to Chestnut street, Reading Market, and Rittenhouse square.

Waterproof mattress cover was noisy and detracted from the otherwise very pleasant room. Check in staff not the most helpful. Also we wanted to make change in order to leave a tip for the cleaning staff but front desk would not (could not?) do that.

Clean modern design. Breakfast and serving staff was excellent. Located in an area with lots of restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Westin. The room was large, comfortable and quiet and the hotel is really centrally located. I used the gym which was well equipped and decent for a hotel gym.

Arrived in the evening after a long drive and noticed that the bathroom floor was wet and had water stains all over. However did not notice water accumulating so it may have been a leak that was fixed for very intermittent. service was very lackluster. They do not go above and beyond but do just okay. I ordered asparagus on my salad and it came as a side with cheese on it instead. I asked for a wine opener and they provided me with what is quite possible the worst bottle opener in the world from what looked like a kids Fisher Price set. I asked for scissors to clip a tag on my gown and they told me to come downstairs. When I explained it was on my dress they sent so woke to the door that waited for the scissors at the door. Ordered bananas at breakfast and they were already brown and overripe. In short, it’s an okay hotel but don’t expect service to go above and beyond.

Great location. I come here every June for a conference. suites were renovated (somewhat).

There is a hotel entrance attached to the mall from the parking deck. At the end of the night and early morning there was a trail of dead "bugs" here. Told front desk staff but, it was not cleaned.

Beautiful room with modern touches! Quiet and comfortable stay with a partial city view. We had a great corner room with lots of privacy. I loved the amenities, including a bar in the lobby and the location to everything!

I wasn't to fond of the entrance. The sink was stopped up or clogged and few charging ports didn't work along with a few loose plugs. Not better able to get a hold of someone. Room a bit out of date, although very comfortable.

A lot of things in the room look dated, carpet, bathroom appliances, bathtub was peeling off, decor was a little weird.

This hotel was nice. Rachel at the front desk was super kind, she gave us tips since it was our first time in Philly and handed out complementary breakfast cards for our stay. Room is huge and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was amazing!

it’s a Bonvoy issue. I understand cost-saving and eco-friendly but they swayed too far away from ‘hospitality’ The brown bag room service REALLY has to go. It’s tasteless and not in sync with the value proposition or price point
