Extremely clean, comfortable and above all quiet. It was the exact thing I needed it to be. I also felt very safe. As a woman traveling alone that was very important to me.

Not enough toilet paper....I didn't have a code for the door lock but once I told Sara she sent it right away.....also the wifi info....also my room was cleaned but nooo linen on bed so I had to wait for Sara but again she came right away......overall Great Stay!!! Just some little things

I somewhat understand your policy, but it would help if you be a little more understanding to people who struggle with the certain life situation is to help let a trusted family or friend to get them settled in even though they're not the main guest, just put the at ease.

Not sure about the breakfast, but guest was very friendly and helpful and put my brother, somewhat at eased.

The doors to the bedroom where only locked by a little metal rod. It is enough in this application. The bed only had a very thin sheet as a cover. The room was warm enough though.

When I arrived there was a confusion. I remembered I made the reservation for 2 even though I wasn't staying there since I have my home, this place was rented because my friend Julio needed some private space to rest at night, He was just visiting USA for a couple of days and this was his first time. Sara called me to let me know I can not stay at that place at all, it was never my intention and the rude part was that even I explained to her that I was just introducing this friend of mine to the place and the city she didn't believe in my words saying I can not definitely stay. I had no reason to lie, it was my first time there and this friend of mine just needed my help. Then she was saying why we didn't arrive earlier , well the flight arrived late and things happens sometimes you know. I never thought would be an issue to check in around 9pm since at the beginning of booking the check in was scheduled until 11pm and we arrived earlier than that. So this lady did conclusions in her mind that weren't happening at all and I believe she gave me a hard time for nothing. She was definitely rude and I believe she over reacted for nothing.

Very comfortable space and bed to stay . Quiet and peaceful also very clean. Decoration is old fashioned but that makes place spectacular with their authentic furniture and appliances.

It's more for older folk; that should be stated on their page before booking. I say this because they would like you to stay in once you arrive.Youngsters don't do that. No towels or wash cloth supplied as it is in other places. No AC. Locks on windows. Walls are thin. I heard somewhere take a shower at 6 am as if they had the door open.

Staff was awesome. Answered any questions and was available to answer any further questions or concerns. Explained rules in great detail. Check out was simple and easy. Beautiful room and home.

The house is incredible. You feel like a princess in a castle. It's an old manor house, including creaky floorboards, and the furnishings have been left as they were. There is also a garden to enjoy in good weather. I was able to check in myself with a code without any problems as I arrived very late. When I made a mistake on the second walk to the car and couldn't get the door open, someone came to help immediately after a phone call despite the late hour. The hostess is a super warm woman with whom I enjoyed chatting for quite a while the next day. I was only there for one night when I was passing through. But many guests use this place for a longer break. I can really understand that!

When I left to eat, I returned and the individual who was responsible for showing me my room put me in the wrong room had gone into my room and removed all of my possessions and said I had to leave. ??? My items were in a plastic bag, which she handed it too me. No explanation as she didn't speak English. I called Sara and was told it was a mistake and I was allowed to stay? Still no explanation? She offered me an additional night which I accepted due to to having my $$$ returned and nowhere else to stay. I was missing a few (3-4 Dollars) but I was more concerned with a place to sleep. I won't be back.

Yup the if the lady stay out of people private space but I got messages from her sending me pictures of my brothers room telling me how bad he stink. I’m reporting it!!!

I will rather sleep on the streets with RATS!!! The lady that’s greated my brother sent me pictures inside if his room without permission. She texted me saying how he smelled horrible, I have the messages to prove it. I will be contacting our family Laywer with the proof and will be going online to do. ICE report. I try to understand ppl but this was horrible I have all of the text messages from her to follow up with my Laywer. I tried but this what it for me. I will NOT let this be something that will be unseen and unheard. I can’t believe what took place Tonight!!
