Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AnguillaEverything was fantastic from check in to check out. Couldn't have been better.
It was the best experience to date. A top 10+ all around. Would love to stay there again. The owners obviously love what they do and go out of their way to be helpful or just to chat. Super nice people with a very friendly cat on premises. Location so close to the ballpark was a great perk.

CanadaAll fantastic
Great location. If you happen to be going for baseball, right across the street from Loan Depot stadium and then it is only about a 20 minute walk to heart of Little Havana. We stayed in the cottage which was tucked among a beautiful garden full of comfortable chairs to sit out and have your breakfast or read. The cottage itself was roomy and had everything you could possibly need. gorgeous breakfast provided and Inez is a very gracious host.

The Wild Rose was absolutely lovely place. It was guite near the airport. It was like little cottage, very clean and homely. There was a big garden, where to sit and eat breakfast or in the evening only sit and enjoy. There were lot of lights. The owner was very helpful. There was a delicious mexican restaurant Valentina nearby.

United States of AmericaI have no complaints.
The Wild Rose is a little cottage in an oasis. The garden was lush and filled with beautiful sculptures. It is the realm of Carlitos the cat. He greets you every morning and lounges around with you during the day. Inez is a wonderful hostess. She made breakfast for us every day. It included fresh fruit, yogurt and a different main dish(waffles, avocado toast, quiche). The cottage is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The ac works great! I wish I could live in this cottage year round. I loved it so much.

Lovely place, Ines was adorable with us. The breakfast was probably the best we had during our 2 weeks trip across Florida. A commodities are provided in the bathroom. The free parking spot in front of the house is a plus.

United KingdomProperty is fairly close to airport so some plane noise is inevitable although it proved to be less frequent than we feared
V comfortable cosy cottage in lush surroundings we had a great stay. Warm welcome from Ines who gave us valuable advice how to spend our time. We had everything we needed with fresh milk & juice, tea/ground coffee & excellent breakfasts. Also appreciated the ability to cook our own food as eating out in Miami is expensive. Location worked well for us as heart of Little Havana not far and buses were reliable. Pretty, residential quiet street.

SwitzerlandThe daily breakfast was the highlight of our day. Delicious, always something different and arranged with a lot of love and care. Also, the cottage is cozy and the gardens around it give you the feeling of being in a little jungle. We loved everything about our stay and would love to come again. Ines and Tom took such great care of us and were always available. If you are looking for a place in Miami that feels like home you should definitely stay at The Wild Rose.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was superb, delicious, healthy; it was served with naturally made juice as well, we could not get enough of it. In the busy hustle and bustle in the city of Miami, this was an oasis in the desert. Ines is an awesome host, very detail oriented. I will go here anytime I am in Miami. The flora around the house makes you forget you are in the city, this is a great getaway for peace and quietness and a return to nature. I strongly recommend.

United KingdomProperty was exactly as described and perfect for our needs
Spent a while looking for a property in Miami as this was our first trip. Property was perfect for us, there was a bedroom/living area plus a separate kitchen/dining area. This meant you could make some food yourself if you wanted to It was far enough from the beaches to make it a quiet stay but close enough that we could grab an Uber/Lyft and avoid having to drive and find a place to park. It was also much better priced than places next to the beach. Room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the breakfast in the morning with toast, fresh fruits and yoghurt Free parking on the street outside the house in a quiet residential road as well which was good. The host is a delight, had great conversations about Miami and the music scene

United KingdomThere was really nothing to complain about at all.
The breakfast was excellent, with fruit, yogurt, cheese and toasted bagels, Ines also kindly supplied us with fresh milk for our tea! 'Wild Rose is situated a 15 minute taxi ride from South Beach, a short ride to Little Havana, and is also very close to the airport. We travelled everywhere using the Lyft taxi app, which Ines had helpfully recommended - we'd never used it before. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well.

United States of AmericaBecause of the lush garden, which was a lovely respite from the heat, there are some mosquitoes (and I'm a mosquito magnet), but insect repellant of various sorts was provided. The toilet sometimes took a couple of times to flush, but it always did eventually.
Loved the location close to the ballpark which was the main reason for our trip and it was wonderful to have a kitchen for some self-catering. The cottage was well-appointed and Ines had thought of every detail. the breakfasts provided were generous and delicious.
