They made sure I got in safe and comfortable. Number to call when I arrived late for check in was super nice. In case I needed help with anything. Morning staff was so nice too

The Winstead Inn is a hidden gem that we discovered for a brief Cape getaway. The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable about the area. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was ideal. The best part of the Inn was the grounds, which were extremely beautiful and well groomed. The pool felt like an oasis getaway, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious with many options. We can't speak highly enough about this property and highly recommend it!

Needing to request basic room necessities (towels, make the bed, etc). One day while staying at the beach hotel one of the young men working there asked us to clean up our beach chairs and umbrellas when we were finished with them. For the price spent per day, the staff should do this.

Breakfast, the pool, the beach, some of the staff members were extremely friendly and kind.

Loved our room. It was large, spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom/shower was great too. The whole place was immaculate. Breakfast was very good. The owner was very welcoming and most helpful. Would highly recommend.

The Winstead us a nice stay for sure. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but great. Friendly staff. Very local to the bike trail, which is lots of fun.

Everything! The Inn is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in CrowsNest - very comfortable and roomy. Sleep sofa and den area, breakfast area. King size bed was very comfortable. Shower was amazing and very enjoyable after a day at the private beach. Professional,personable and helpful staff. Breakfast delicious

The Breakfast was amazing. My daughter and I sat outside eating our breakfast and viewing the ocean and its beauty. However the separate facilities was difficult to find and absorbed some of our vacation time. Prices variate and lead to confusion.

Small and noisy uncomfortable bed. Green carpet in the room looks old.

Very nice hotel, nice swimming pool. Rooms and bathrooms are good. Good that you can also go to the beach hotel. Breakfast is very good.

Amazing property , beautiful room with private access to pool area , very clean and comfortable . parking assigned by room .Very friendly and helpful staff . Breakfast was delicious , great variety and everything fresh and tasty . Added bonus being able to avail of facilities at sister location about a mile away on private beach .

The continuous noise from the 4 ac units in the dining area. The 3 spouts of water at the pool that were on all the time the pool was open, splashing on the water. They were noisy and intrusive, if you just wanted to relax in the pool.

The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit in the bedroom. It was extremely loud- sounded like a truck driving over gravel. It was hard to get a decent night’s sleep. Think it’s time to change them out.

The staff was exceptional-always went above and beyond. The Inn is beautiful, grounds are outstanding and breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay and will book again. Loved the location- central to so many sights.

The room could have been brighter. The check in good have been smoother. Never saw the staff until breakfast, although they were very nice and friendly.

We had an amazing time at the Winstead Inn. The rooms were beautiful and spotless and the beds very comfortable. The swimming pool area is lovely. The big bonus was to be able to spend some time on the private beach at the other property located by the sea just a few minutes away.
