Great location for our purpose, the restaurants are amazing, the food it’s soooo good, it’s a very lively hotel. The only complaint is the noise, you can hear everything that’s happening outside the room.

Metal bed frame stuck out beyond mattress. Banged in with shine a number of times. Tripping hazard and bruised shine. Very dangerous. Should be corrected before someone is seriously injured. House keeping came late and only after a phone call

They didn't have a microwave Plus the shampoo conditioner and soap dispensers were not working. The hallways + the waiting area in front of the elevators were hot as if the A/Cs were not working

I liked the location, the price point, the room layout, the sense of security and definitely the beds were absolutely wonderful. The staff I encountered from the front desk, concierge,valet and dining area made the stay great. Their attentiveness was excellent

There was a faint odor to the room that I didn't like. Not that there is anything you can do about it, BUT, a much better use of the bathroom would have been to have the shower where the toilet is and vice versa with a privacy door so that more than one person at a time can make use of the room. Also, there are not enough towel racks for more than one person. We were perfectly willing to use our linens again, but we had no where to hang them to dry. The lack of bright lighting was an obstacle for those of us who are visually challenged. Good thing I brought along my flashlight. One of the things I particularly did not like about the Maumey restaurant was that there were no placemats or linen for the tables. I do not care to place my flatware on a bare surface after I place the napkin in my lap.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I did have both lunch and dinner. Lunch was the better of the two meals. Both were OK.

There is nothing I didn't like.

I came here as a result of evacuation from the hurricane Milton.I loved the atmosphere in the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and supportive. we felt very comfortable. It's a pet friendly hotel which made this hotel even more special. It was incredible to see around so many people with dogs. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The best espresso machine I have ever seen in a hotel!!! Breakfast buffet was great and vary. The bartender Toby was exceptional. I will use this hotel again.

The A/C in the room was very very loud so it was hard to sleep the all night. One of the pillows in the bed was dirty with make up and considering the price of the hotel this should not happen.

The hotel is beautiful from the moment you walk in you feel the beauty of the structure. The staff was great and very welcoming. The restaurant downstairs is awesome as well and food was amazing for brunch!

The coffee maker was covered in dust. It's like, whoever cleaned the room forgot to wipe down the coffee maker. Because of the dust, on top and inside the coffee maker, I requested a tea kettle, per what the info card said I could do. I couldn't get a tea kettle though.

The location was great. The lobby smelled great and it was nicely decorated. My room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice & clean.

Rooms are on the small side, no mini fridge in the room or a dresser so you will be picking things out of your suitcase during your stay

Staff is wonderful, friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice and clean. Gym is adequate, pool area is really nice. Housekeeping is very helpful as is the valet guys. Location is perfect if you have an even at the university of Miami, it is less than a 10 minute walk away
