There was a person attempting to look into the room and appearing to capture video with their phone, while hanging out in the car right outside the window. We had to close the curtains. The water was extremely cold, never warmed up, and we could have used more towels.

The location was great, and the staff was very friendly.

The clerk could not find my reservation upon arrival. Had to pay again for another room. The room I got needed repair. Paint chips on the floor. Metal sticking up from entryway floor. Not good

The price was reasonable. First floor room. Swimming pool was open and looked clean.

The yelling of tenants in other rooms the constant noise

The breakfast (which is why we chose this motel) was 2 pots of coffee, two apples, and prepackaged Hostess Danish. We had to ask the clerk to bring out more so there would be enough for all of us. No drinks for the grandsons. The two rooms were not side by side. I had two grandsons, my daughter had her other two sons.

The beds were clean and comfortable.

The fact that the staff that was washing the walls with the power wash and blew it all over my vehidentical.I don't think too much of anal still very upset about it and also there's not even a refrigerator how do you get a blow dryer in there and you get one routine?China piece of soap

A lot of cops and lady yelling and kicking the door. It was a little wild for my confort but need a last minute place and this what we found.

A lot of homeless hang around, the noise of other guests, no clean towels or bedding unless you go get it from the office yourself. There was no fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room we rented for a week.

The sheets were used, I found, I know that because I found lots of hair on the bed. The smell wasn’t good ether.

Nothing in particular.. im very familiar with the area and the people who hang around that area but it didn't affect my stay.

I was there to get out of the snow so it was perfect to get warm, shower, and get some rest

It’s a motel 6 I wasn’t expecting much but I did expect to be able to check in on time and the room to be clean. They didn’t let me check in until an hour past check in time because they were cleaning the rooms still but when I got in, there were still dried urine marks on the toilet seat, cigarette holes and stains on the bedding, the fan vent on the ceiling was moldy and disgusting. Baby German cockroaches were crawling everywhere. It’s also a non smoking property but there were smokers everywhere and the smell of smoke inside the room. I didn’t expect greatness but I did expect at least the minimum of hygienic conditions

Lobby was dirty, staff are very unprofessional, my non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray and cat urine. Room was dirty.

Staff was unpleasant at the front desk. Washing machines were both out of order.

Location was great. Easy to reach our friends. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.

I didn't like the fact that the shower was not properly cleaned. There were hairs in there from the previous renters. The room stunk a little when we got there. The cable kept going out. The color scheme of the room I didn't care for. I wanted a lower room, but since we got stuck in traffic, of which, wasn't y'alls fault...but we got stuck up in a 2nd floor room. I cannot do stairs very well.

I like the new style of furniture and the TV on the wall.

Run down rooms , cracked flooring, missing flooring panels . Paint or noxious smell in room . Thin walls , noise from other rooms and outside . Patrons were allowed to rev their engines into the night , occurred till 2am. Then work trucks rev the engines starting back up at 5am. Long sleepless night :(
