LOVED it! The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing! I wish I had stayed there longer! It was a cool setup and much more like a small apartment, than a hotel room! The bed was super comfy! I was also able to swim in the pool and it was kept at the perfect temperature for swimming laps! Breakfast had a nice variety of foods. The property was very clean!

Location was good for where I needed to be for a work meeting. The hotel was clean and typical for a Residence Inn. Breakfast was adequate and typical for a free hotel breakfast.

I wasn't a fan of the policy to charge my debit card for a 7 day stay along with a cleaning deposit when I only booked for 2 nights. I'm also not a fan of 7 to 10 business days to receive my refund!

It was very clean and quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable! My husband was also impressed with the service at breakfast.

There were issues with the toilets not flushing. But the room was Very spacious and Very clean. Beds were comfortable. All employees were very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The housekeeping service was advertised as every other day. After I told the front desk that we only had housekeeping 2 times in 8 nights, he informed me it was every 3 days. So, my only criticism of our stay was the housekeeping policy.

Neighborhood overlooking the freeway.

The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well organised. Room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was the location which was in a slightly less than appealing area overlooking a freeway. But to say again I was very impressed with all the staff from the maids to the manager. Really nice friendly people.

We just had to ask for the blanket set for the pullout couch but the staff was very friendly!

We came to town from San Antonio to visit the University of North TX campus for a college visit. This was a perfect hotel to stay at because of the convenience to the campus, the room was excellent (having a separate bedroom with a pullout couch and a kitchen), and the proximity to a Buc-ee’s to get snacks and gas up before heading back home.

We particularly loved how clean the rooms are. I have very sensitive allergies, which get very irritated while traveling and staying in hotels but my allergies were not affected while staying in this hotel because it was so clean. The breakfast at this hotel is Amazing. So many options and delicious. The check in process was quick and easy. The hotel itself is very updated and nice. 10/10 would stay here again.

Having to use the key card to get outside to the enclosed patio area to eat breakfast was annoying especially with fullhands.

Extremely hard to find. I didn't know you had to drive through a shopping mall parking lot to reach the hotel. Maybe that info was on the website, but I don't remember it. I was on WAZE but thought it was misleading me because I couldn't see the hotel anywhere. Thus, I was late arriving at my brother-in-laws funeral. Another family member who also stayed at the hotel said they had a hard time finding it, too.
