I had a stalker that I was trying to stay away from and he showed up at my door I wouldn't let him in and he proceeded to throw piece of concrete through my window in the hotel kicked me out because of it

The entrance to the accessible room was far from the parking lot. At an court yard. Not really accessible. Double folding closet doors for entrance to bathroom.

There was evidence that they were having work / repair/ renovations being done. Bedding was reasonably comfortable for overnight.

NO housekeeping in the entire 4 days of our stay so no clean towels etc Only 3 pillows had to beg one off elderly cleaner fittings in bathroom loose and looked like entire refurbishment was cheap and a bodgy job potholes in carpark restaurant looked so tired we didn’t even risk it. King bed with a fitted sheet that didn’t fit!!!

They are doing construction in rooms next door to the room I had and the workers started banging on pipes at 8:15 in the morning!!! That is a horrible way to wake up, it was way too early and I was never even given notice that there would be extremely loud noise first thing in the morning. I had driven a long distance and was exhausted. I did not want to wake up that early because I had to drive even longer that day. I said something to the front desk about it as I was checking out and the guy at the desk said he'd talk to the workers about the noise so early in the morning. No discount was given for my room. Very disappointing!

A pool like advertised!!!!! A clean floor to walk on in my room.

There was no breakfast, no pool and the floors in my room were filthy. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up and it was disgusting.

Did see a couple of small roaches crawling in the room. But since I've lived in Florida, this is not an unusual sight for the region.

The lady at the front desk is very pleasant to deal with. The room at this facility are seems newly remodeled. The entire facility is well lite at night. Overall it is fairly clean and the bed is comfortable if you are just staying for a couple of days.

Had to switch rooms twice before getting a room that was good first room had issues with the door...it wouldn't unlock and then when I finally got in the room I had problems getting out. Second room the ac started making a screeching sound. Third room was fine.

The first room we went into had a piece of furniture that had fallen off of the wall and smashed on the floor they were very nice and apologised and gave us a new room.We were very happy to get into a hotel with a quick check-in and sleep before finishing our nine hours of driving until our destination

The floor is we’re not very clean the bathtub was repaired but still damaged looking and there was a cockroach on the bureau when we sat down to have a snack period

TV was Roku and difficult to use. Had someone from the motel come to the room who also couldn't use the control. Volume didn't work. Hard to go to channels. Inside door handle fell off, was able to be used temporarily. Temperature control on A/C didn''t work properly. Desk receptionist cool and not engaging. Clock/temperature on bathroom mirror nice but not set and difficult to re-set.

Generally the room was good, clean, somewhat updated but with issues.
