I think the bed in the main room is broken. It was so close to the wall I could not get out of bed properly. We tried to move the bed away from the wall but it would not sit flat on the floor. The mattress was very uncomfortable, bowed in the middle. Very thin walls I could hear my the loud neighbors. The handle on the front door was very difficult to open.

    The location was good.

The first thing we noticed was that the door code took more than 2 times to unlock the door every time. It did not lock from the inside, which was a safety concern being as we had a toddler with us that knew how to open the door. So, at night, we had to block the door from opening. Upon the first walk through of the house, we noticed the first bed was broken. The wooden frame legs were tilted in and looked like they were close to snapping. The parking was odd, and the space in front of the door was very compact and at a weird angle.

The house was overall cozy, and the staff was nice - very welcoming and answered every question in a timely matter. The location itself was perfectly close to every store and the beach itself. The space itself was nice.

The fireplace is shown as operational in the photos advertising the property. After booking a notification came through saying the fireplace was not operational and had not been for some time. Property owner claims that is stated in the description, however it can’t be found anywhere. That is misleading and teetering on false advertising. New photos should be uploaded making it clear the fireplace is not operational, The unit was filthy. Stains on the non functional fireplace hearth. Towels that looked dirty because of the stains. Stairs had not been cleaned in some time. Neither had the floor throughout the entire unit. Pets are allowed in the units and the amount of pet hair on the floor was disgusting. The sleeper sofa is broken. according to previous reviews it has been broken for some time. The units have thin walls so if your neighbor has a barking dog or a crying child, it sounds like they are in your unit. Not to mention the running up & down the stairs by pets and children was extremely loud and disturbing. Needless to say, when your neighbors are awake so are you. The bathroom is DIRECTLY next to the dining room table. Does not need more explanation… The balconies face each other so you have a view of the other units. Definitely not the beach. The king size bed is in a large wide open room with the smaller bed in the actual bedroom. For parents; kids need to wait downstairs while you change since you don’t have privacy.

The property is located in a central location making it convenient to walk to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with a nice stove.

We weren’t even sure if it was cleaned. The basics were done, but seemed like minimal effort. We found sunflower seeds on the bathroom floor and a zippo lighter and hairs on the bedsheets of the queen bed. Questioning how they could have been washed if those things are on them…the pull out sofa bed definitely needs to be replaced. Stains and didn’t hold up right on one end.

The place was cute with potential. Pretty good location.

Ran out of hot water. The couch could have been vacuumed. There was hair on it. Bugs all inside, needed to be sprayed.

I loved the kitchen, it was nice to cook a meal.
