We had the entire home to ourselves. The staff that contacted us were very friendly and helpful. The house itself was very nice and accommodated all our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

I do not have anything negative to say about the house or the hosts.

Very comfortable with great location. Wonderful set up for two small groups. Well appointed kitchen with excellent grill. The robes and slippers were great. It was very clean. The chairs and cart were really nice.

The trail to the beach was narrow and dark in places.

It was spacious and private, super close to the beach and stores. We loved the style and feel of the property.

The property was perfect.

The burners on the stove may need some attention, on the very lowest setting on both front burners it seemed to be as if it were on HIGH making it difficult for cooking, I even had my friend check it to see if I was "missing" something but even boiling a pan of rice burned on the very lowest setting at about 15minutes. Since we always cook meals when we are there it made it very challenging. The oven worked fine. I also reported the lights overhead above the kitchen sink as they were flickering, dimming and appeared to be shorting out, eventually went out, we turned them off and we never tried again.......We were able to get in a little early upon arrival & so appreciate that effort!!!

The TV. I couldn't figure out tge remote. No local TV.

Very clean, comfortable, amazing location. Cozy and laid out perfectly for our two small families.

Liked the feeling of being home , had everything we need. Beach was close for clamming.

Amenities, decor and facility were very fun and comfortable. The utilization of local theme incorporated into the decor was very well done. The extra amenities left for us to enjoy was much appreciated. The home was generally very clean, and furniture very comfortable. Communication with the host(s) was seamless with quick responses.

Great house, great price - excellent service - to be able to turn the key, go in, and then put the keys on the table and leave - what an ideal situation. They were very communicative and helpful throughout our trip when needed. Very reasonable price for a great house for a special family time.

Not much to complain about - the kitchen table is an interesting material - napkins/paper towels stick to it very easily, but that's minor.

The location was great and close enough to sit outside enjoying the sounds of the ocean. The house is nice and secluded. Upon arrival there were balloons, plant and sparkling cider to help celebrate my best friends birthday. The upgraded master bathroom was very nice and heated floors. We will definitely be back

The bedroom with solo bed was very, very uncomfortable. That mattress should be replaced in our opinion. A few more upgrades and repairs, along with a hot tub, wouldn't hurt, lol. I would definitely be willing to put out more money Definitely fair price as is.

Fun, comfortable, great location - great place to stay! The staff went the extra mile to make our celebration special with flowers and balloons. They also checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Would stay here again!
