Only little minor thing was the beds were a little soft.

The greeting was exceptional. All the staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. This is a wonderful little hotel with an amazing location. It was also very clean. The pool was just perfect and there are lovely touches like the perfectly kitted out little kitchen and deck chairs / sun shades on the beach. Would definitely recommend and come here again!

The beds are VERY uncomfortable. They feel like mattresses from a run down cottage. Not a boutique hotel. You can feel the wood frame of the bed. They need a box spring or better mattress. Also need a bolt type interior lock. Just a keypad does not feel safe enough when the door opens to the outside.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Clean facility.

Location is great, on the beach. Staff is great, beach chairs and umbrella are very convenient! They checked us in early and there is a possibility of later check out( 1pm) for a fee. Beach towels, fridge is in the room.

As much as we enjoyed our stay, there were 3 things that were a bit disappointing: 1. This hotel has 2 floors. I wanted a room on the second floor since they have a terrace area with chairs and a nice view. I thought I booked one of these rooms since the photos showed the terrace and the list of amenities included “terrace”, but we found out when we got there that all the rooms on booking.con had pictures of the terrace and that we ended up booking a first floor room. Not a huge deal but it was initially very disappointing. Please make this clearer to guests on the site when they’re booking. 2. The shower head in the shower definitely needs to be cleaned or changed - lots of dirt/mineral build up caked on there. Otherwise the room felt clean and the beds were really comfortable. 3. I was really excited to find out they have bikes for guests to use until I saw them - super rusty and old looking. Did not look safe or fun to ride.

1. Perfect quiet location - just a short 10 min walk to the lively fun town. 2. Hotel was right on the beach!!! this was a huge plus and what really made our short trip feel like a vacation. We woke up early to see a beautiful sunrise on the beach which was a couple of steps outside our room. You can even walk to the town through the beach instead of the sidewalk. 3. The pool was open an all hours of day. it was wonderful being able to take an evening dip. 4. The room fee included beach chairs, towels, bikes, and paddle boards for us to use whenever 5. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. We actually preferred this small motel-like feel instead of a typical massive hotel. I loved that they filled empty corners outside with seating areas and a grass area with hammocks to rest with a good book in the shade. 6. Friendly and fast service from the staff

The problem was being double booked by booking.com We we forced to cancel and rebook all our rooms due to a huge storm disrupting air travel. We had to leave 2 days later/stay two days longer. No help from booking…we were left to arrange our stays/cancellations and rebooking on our own. Then booking didn’t end up canceling the rooms even though we were within the cancellation window. We now have to go through the credit card and challenge the charges. The weird thing is we ended up staying 4 nights at the booking.com hotel in Orlando and 4 nights at the booking.com hotel in ft Lauderdale by the sea?!

The hotel was fantastic…unlike the huge mega hotels on the beach, it was small inviting, very clean snd comfortable. The staff very accommodating and friendly. Fantastic stay!

the beds were a bit uncomfortable, the bed needs a thicker comfortable matras. The noise of the 1 floor rooms, we had a ground-floor room and you hear every step or thing that the people do above you.

Boutique style property, so just need to keep that in mind if you seek out lots of amenities. Would like chaise lounges on the beach versus a chair (it reclines though and is nice quality). Pool area can tend to be dominated by kids/family. Bring ear buds by the pool! Would like a mini bar with snack/beverage options or a vending machine. ((There is a grocery within walking distance. 1 block away.))

Well managed and cared for boutique hotel on the beach! Excellent service. Hotel staff are very attentive. Steps from the gorgeous beach, very clean, property has 2 kayaks available, bikes and other equipment for use. Smaller, but, lovely pool with chaise lounges/tables & chairs. A bit of a longer walk to pier/shops/restaurants. I think 1/2 mile, which can be tough with hot weather or after cocktails!
