Bed was small. I felt like I was sleeping on top of my Husband and we are not big people. It was also difficult to get to one side of the bed. Washer and dishwasher were so loud. Dishwasher mainly. We could not run these while in room or at night or it would keep everyone not sleeping in the bedroom up. Our last night there the fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning. I know this isn't the rooms fault but Fire Department said it was a bad sensor. So that needs to be fixed by building. Glad we were only on the 4th floor. Climbing stairs that early was not fun.

Location was great and room was clean. Was a good size for 3 people. Bed was comfy. Loved that you had hooks everywhere to hang things!

The weather was pleasant but too cold for the pool or beach.

The Location and Off-peak season were terrific and perfect for just relaxing. The Area was very quiet and the locals were very friendly.

The bed had a really soft topper on it, which I love, but others don't. Location right on the water is good. Note, all of the 1 bedroom places are in the middle and the bedroom doesn't have ocean view. (Not a big deal for me) Liked the hot tub and indoor pool.

Our unit had several end-of-season issues but Vacasa brought what we asked for: more silverware (we had 3 spoons, 3 forks and one knife), spatula (unit initially had none), clothes hangers (unit had none), cookie sheets (unit had none), stove light bulbs (all of which were burned out), clean AC filter (was as dirty as they get); they also unclogged the tub drain. They did this cheerfully, but I don't think we should have had to ask for those. I think they should have been inspecting all along. Two of the four stove burners did not work.

Location is excellent. Walkway and amenities were excellent. Decor was lovely. Plenty of towels. Washer/dryer detergent and dish washer detergent and dish washing liquid were supplied. Beachfront balconey was great. Pool was nice large size and grounds were kept clean and neat.

I killed a cockroach in the living area and there was a dead lizard in one of the closets. The building only had one elevator working and it was very slow. Also didn’t care for the bunk beds in the hallway. I understand the reason, it’s just the aesthetic aspect.

Location of the property was perfect! Condo was adorable but property management has some work to do on cleaning and upkeep. Floors were full of sand, kitchen sink leaks (plastic bowl was previously placed to catch leaking water), elevator was broken one day for hours, parking passes not left in condo which resulted in a notice of our car would be towed

People were allowed to drink while in the pool. Check out time was terrible!!!!! EVERYONE had the same checkout time. We had to wait over 40 minutes to catch an elevator to get our things down! I recommend staggering checkout times.

The bathroom was so outdated and had rust stains on some of the tiles along with the washer and dryer.

The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so peaceful. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful!

I was not a fan of the cleaning staff. Our bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and almost all of the caulking. The shower curtain rod was rusty, tub plug was busted out, water lines to the toilet were partially ripped out of the wall, the floors in the entire unit needed a cleaning, but one corner of the bathroom in particular appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned since the Nixon Administration. The extremely high cleaning fee that is charged for this unit is completely unjustified, unearned, and could possibly be considered robbery.

The location is great. The views are amazing. The indoor pool was a great distraction for the kids during the few hours of storms that we experienced.
