For the price, this hotel is excellent. The location is an easy drive from Dollywood, walkable to The Island, and an easy drive to Gatlinburg. Breakfast is very basic, but exactly as expected. The room was a little "beat-up", but very clean. Again, for the price this hotel is fantastic.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Linens were fresh and clean, and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and extra bedding in the rooms. We stayed in the family loft room, very cozy. Staff is courteous and friendly. Great location, close to Dollywood and the island. No trouble parking.

The beds were really hard but this is a personal preference. If someone likes a firm mattress then they would love the bed. We did have some water come in the room after a big downpour as we were in a first floor room. But it did not cause issues.

It was off of an incredibly noisy and busy street. It was pouring rain, and there was really no place to unload without getting soaked.

Our room ceiling is moldy and it smelled the whole room. Need some updating. Beds need to be more cushions, feel like were sleeping in a bedwire lol

Breakfast is only grab and go. Plain and simple. Yogurt, muffins, and cold saugsage sandwich you have to microwave and coffee.

Great location! The room was clean and a good size, lots of room. We enjoyed sitting outside in the rocking chairs, watching the action on the strip. We will definitely stay at Timbers Lodge again in the near future.

Pool too far away. Photos misleading. 1st room. Smelled of mold, bTh tub was dirty. They moved us up by the office. Noisy and maids parked their laundry tubs in front of our door so we had to move them when we walked out of the room

The location is excellent , we have stayed here many times over the years it’s always neat and clean but it’s getting to where it needs updating , the mattress was terrible .

I'm 100% satisfied with our stay, but I think this has to do with expectations. I feel like this motel was an excellent value for the money we paid. It was an older motel and some things showed some wear, but it was very clean and taken care of. Breakfast items were provided, but no hot breakfast (this was clear in writing before we booked). Coffee available all day.

Perfect style room for our family...traveling with 2 kids and a dog. 2 beds downstairs, one upstairs in the loft with bathrooms on each floor. Very clean. Great location and nice spots to walk the dog. Easy access to river walkway behind the hotel and within walking distance of The Island and plenty of other food and shop areas.

The property is walking distance to The Island for fun and food. It was clean! The young man at the front desk was very nice and has a lot of information on local restaurants and attractions.

There was no exhaust fan in the downstairs bathroom. When the top floor was showering, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling below. TV needs to be replaced. Telephone did not work.

Room was clean and large enough for our family of 7 to stay comfortably.

The walls are very thin you can hear all the traffic people talking through the walls and everything a lot of stuff is broken as well
