You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaNo lock on the bathroom door, wasn’t completely fenced in, the main lights in the living area wouldn’t turn on but luckily there was a lamp. The main thing was the oven not working, unfortunately we didn’t notice until we bought oven food. Just a few things that need fixed but overall we still had a good stay!
Absolutely loved the location, washer and dryer, fire pit, hot tub, that it was pet friendly and mostly fenced in. Also the light/bt speaker in the bathroom was pretty cool.

United States of AmericaThere needs to be a gate to keep pets in since it’s advertised as good for pets to play. The site states $70 pet fee and would be added if pet option was checked. Then received an email stating cleaning company charges $100 on top of the normal cleaning fee. Also on the right hand side of driveway there is a hole that needs to be filled where the driveway doesn’t meet the road.

United States of AmericaAt night we was at the fire pit cooking hotdogs and had the porch lights on and about 30 hornets came out at the door got all over the place we was afraid to be outside or get back in the hot tub I did message and call owner not to be disrespectful or complain about it but just to let them know that it’s something to get taken care of in the future because we just made it work for us cuz I understand that they didn’t know because like I said bees didn’t come until the night and all I got from calling and texting pic was no answer and that kinda didn’t sit right with me but I hope the next person can read this and know to be on the lookout
it was nice and comfortable. like being at home for us. A few little lights dimming every now and then but wasn’t a big deal. all and all we had a ok time the hot tub was our favorite.

United States of AmericaUpon arriving to the cabin there was trash on the driveway, then parked and walked inside to a weird smell but just open the windows to get smell out that when we saw that there was no queen size bed as the booking stated. Getting settle in we connected to the internet and it did not work so I messaged her and she got back to me and had me reset the router it still was on and off for us as we still had to reset it many of times when we were there. We wanted to use the hot tub as we booked this cabin for the hot tub and it was not getting hot. I messaged her but did not hear from her. I messaged her again in the morning and still nothing. So our two days there we barley had internet for us and the hot tub did not work. A guy came out to drain the hot tub and so we had to be there until it got full so we could not do anything until 5pm. Day 3 hot tub is not working and no answer at all. Message her and texted the number and she finally got back to me in the evening and told me that they had someone come fix it but again the hot tub was not working and at this point its dirty and brown. It heated up on Sunday morning that we were leaving. After leaving I messaged about the problem we have had and asked for a refund and she said that it would be possibly for a refund. Then not hearing from her for a few days I called booking.com and talked to a young man and at this point no one could get ahold of them and I had to wait a week and she would tell me that she would get back to me the next day and still nothing. I finally got a message on 4-3-2022. All she could offer me was 100$ as a refund. So do NOT stay here...because it is FALSE advertisement and FRAUD. She advertises things that are NOT true! We were going there to have a relaxing few days and all it did was stress us out more. I work really hard for my money and saved up for this vacation only to be disappointed. I would give her a ZERO STARS!!!
My boyfriend and I liked the location and how its was clean only inside the home when we got there.
