Door lock was a bit tricky but it was our user error so eventually we figured it out. Property management were very responsive.

You would be better served to inform the renters about the height limits. I am 6'4" and had to sleep on the couch.

Bathroom looked like it wasn’t clean, shower had mold/mildew stains and the floor feels like there is water damage and my foot could have gone thru the floor at any moment. The neighborhood is a little questionable for safety, keep your doors locked at all times!!

Location to siesta key beach and the price

1. Had to Uber to the beach (would have been a 55 minute walk) 2. The shower pressure was really low. Also, the shower door did not shut. 3. The ladder to the lofted bed was straight up and moved a lot! 4. After a couple days it started to smell like sewer. 5. A bit of a sketchy neighborhood/anyone can wander around! 6. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were really flat!

1. The air conditioning worked really well. 2. Can fit a lot of people if needed. 3. Outdoor patio was nice. 4 Key code was convenient. 5. Walking distance to Publix and restaurants. 6. Cute area with some other tourists. 7. Great considering we didn’t we’re not at the property much! Outside group area looked fun!

The water pressure of the shower was so so low. It was a trickle and took so long to even just rinse off.

Location excellent. Walk to siesta keys is the best bonus. I passed all the cars stuck in traffic and looking for parking

The televisions did not work. Bed was uncomfortable. Combination to enter that was given to me did not work had to call to get in.

Driveway - we have a bigger car and difficult. Tight space for sleeping … I know it is a tiny house but just difficult to get up and down. But not the house’s fault :) Felt it was pricey for the accommodations. We have friends that stayed down the road for $3K for week but had 3 bedrooms, 3 floors, lots of amenities. We paid $500 for 2 nights.

Rear upstairs AC unit was filled with mold and was very dirty. Tv/Wifi was absolutely HORRIBLE

The tiny home we chose via images was not very comfy for adults. it was not as clean as I expected for the price we paid. but it was fine and we had a great time.

The closeness to the beach and lots of things to do. The free (tip) ride service in the area. The host was very sweet and easy to work with.

Mostly it could just use a bit of updates. The outdoor area was not comfortable. It could use outdoor chair area and some Florida flowers. There was a picnic table but that’s hard to sit at when you want to just relax after a day of touring. The grey comforters on the beds take away from the decor cheeriness. The window coverings had stains. The kitchen sink faucet was wobbly Finally the over powering glade air freshener was awful. One of my family member had a allergy attack from the strong smell. We easily removed the freshener and opened all windows and doors to ventilate. But with a tiny space such a strong smell was over powering. .

The close proximity to siesta key beach and tourist area. We just hoped in the car and drove across the bridge. This could be walkable if you had it in you. There were shops and restaurants in very close proximity if you wanted to walk there too. Also the street was really quiet. We slept with the upper windows open and it was a peaceful quiet area. This is located on a street in a neighborhood area. Not a gated community. The adventure of staying in a tiny house was exactly what we came for. We checked it off our bucket list. The price point was great for what we needed. A simple place to sleep on our tour of the coast of Florida.
