The place was dirty,the wash cloths were black when they got wet,dingy bad, the a/c unit wasn't fastened to the wall just sitting in the hole, there was a Crack all around d the door about an inch wide, there were no lamps if you wanted light you get up and go turn on the overhead, no coffee pot nothing but a fridge and microwave. No place in the shower to put a towel or soap. No soap dish no towel rack except on the far wall from the shower. It stunk. The A/C was either on or off no in between. . It was awful. I was tired,sleepy and had already paid so what do you do? Want go back.

Towels were threadbare, lighting was dim and sparse, no lamps, no outlets around the vanity for doing my hair, and no closet rods to hang clothes on. The fridge was barely cold on the max setting, and it was not clean. The train goes by about 4 times during the night, blowing a whistle every time. All outside traffic could be heard through the a/c unit, and there was a lot of traffic throughout the night. The location appears to be in a less than desirable part of town.

What didn't! Stench was horrible. We asked a non smoking room but apparently a whole tobaccofarm was smoked in there. We Voight fresheners to cover it. Very noisy. The US trains blowing their horn! WHY! Why do US trains do that! Light in the 'bathroom'... Bugs everywhere... Do I have to go on?

Bathroom has a huge live spider in the tub. People was hanging around outside and it made me feel very uncomfortable being a female walking out to my car alone.

Staff or owner did not speak good English. Old towels, didn’t want to use because of appearance. Location was convenient but very noisy with traffic and other quests were loud. Strange noises inside room all throughout the night.

Power went out, stayed out for at least 3 to 4 hours. Did not want to give us another room because it wasn’t on them so we had to sit in a room for 3 to 4 hours with no lights or air.

When the regular host returned, I was ordered to switch rooms to one half the size of the other, foul-smelling, & with evidence of pests at the same price as the full -sized room. This whole interaction was rude & inconvenient.

Initially, I was in a regular sized room with a " fill-in" hostess who was Very nice & accomodating.

Broken doors on furniture, weird smell like definitely wasn't non smoking. A lot of smokers stay there. The 20 second motion activated light in the bathroom drove me nuts. It takes a lot longer than 20 seconds to shower so that was stupid.

Clean floor, clean towels, clean grounds, basic, hard mattress was excellent. Owner was amicable when my business associate didn't have to stay the second night and they issued a refund. Worth maybe 40 a night until they add non smoking signage, fix furniture and bathroom lights, but was affordable

The manager is new and doesn't appear to know what he's doing. It felt like a jail cell with no dead bolt. The floors were filthy, probably because of the visible space at the bottom of the door. Even though we were told it was a non-smoking room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke.

The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty hot water in the shower.

The unpleasant welcome of the motel owner who tried to change the price from booking.com and declined the card I used on the website to prebook the place because it was not my name but the name of my partner not present that day. The process took 30-45 minutes as the owner did not trust he will get the payment. Insects and the smell of cigarettes in some bedsheets (pillow) and no good repair of the room.

Location of the motel close to state parks for hiking and a resonnable price compared to other same low quality places in the same area while still expensive for the quality

We had been driving for over 2 hours so we were extremely exhausted and ready for a nap. The sheets were dirty and had cigarette holes all in the top cover, but I had extra blankets so it wasn't an issue. The bed, however, was extremely firm. That may be good for some people, but it was way too hard for us. We finally got settled and made due, but as soon as my son was asleep a train went by. It was so loud it was heard over the tv and the ac. I put my son back to sleep, but within an hour another train went by and he refused to go back to sleep after this one. I turned the only light in the main room on and made my way to the bathroom, where the light is a motion sensor light. It was broken and shocked me when I pressed the button to turn it on. It stayed on the whole time at least, but I'm pretty sure it was not supposed to and it was definitely not supposed to shock me! My boyfriend was barefoot and just the few hours we had been there, the bottoms of his feet were covered in a black layer of filth. That's when we really looked at the floor. I think the tiles were supposed to be a light tanned white pattern, but they seemed like they had not seen a mop in a long time which made the tile look dark brown. Also had black patches in the high traffic areas like the entrance and in front of the bed. There were random stains speckled across the whole floor and in the bathroom floor, too. The refrigerator made a loud pop that scared my son, and me as well, while I was putting our drinks in it. I had to clean the glass part of the shelves bc some red stains covered them making anything that touched it sticky. It also had a smell to it, but it was probably whatever red stuff I cleaned up. We were already discussing leaving bc we couldn't even let my son play on the floor bc of the filth nor sleep bc of the train and hard bed.

The staff member I spoke with was great. He agreed to check us in an hour early free of charge and was very pleasant. He put us in room 106. I like when we walked into the room that no cords were hanging down or exposed so my toddler would not try to pull on them. The ac was up and off the floor so my toddler would not try to push all the buttons as we have had problems with in quite a few previous hotels.

I didn’t like that the bathroom light was on a timer cause in the middle of my shower. It all went dark and even if you’re using the bathroom, you have to keep waving your hand so that the light will come back on.

I traveled with my emotional support pet the person that checked me in in the evening had no problem with it. The lady that came to change my towels. The next morning was apparently very scared of my dog and ever since that day, I was treated very bad.
