The only thing I would recommend is having a small pack of germicidial wipes in order for us to wipe off the counters.

The room & view were excellent. I've stayed in many condos but this overall was the best.

The walk from our building to the beach was a little brutal. There is a shuttle though.

The rooms were perfect size. There was so much space! Had all the conveniences we needed. The property as a whole was so pretty and well maintained. I loved that the beach space was private to our resort. We could see the public beach access and it was PACKED.

3 issues that need to be addressed are: 1. Dead bolt on door was not in working order. Housekeeping had the door code and because I couldn’t lock the deadbolt, they walked in on me on check out day at 9am with no warning. Scared me to death! Checkout wasn’t until 10. 2. Didn’t like the slatted doors from the bathroom to the bedroom. Provided no toilet privacy. 3. When we got there in the middle of the night, it was great to see security guard walking around, however, he had no idea how to get us to our room. He kept telling us it was on the 1st floor even though we kept telling him we were in 1150. He even walked us to room 150, said this is the same as 1150, and tried to open that door at 2am. He told us “I’m sorry, it’s my 1st week here. I don’t really know my way around” about 6 times. We finally left him and found our room on our own. A couple of very minor fixes could have made this am absolutely perfect stay. Other than these very minor issues, our stay was wonderful! If the deadbolt was fixed, I would definitely stay here again!! (We would, however, prefer a private toilet room, but that’s just us 🤷‍♀️)

Pool was really dirty, but it was the end of the day already, so it was expected. Not much to complain about.

The unit was very clean and tidy. Comfy bed in the master bedroom. Beach was very accessible. Very nice view of the Beach-unit located on the 8th floor.

They don’t tell you about the beach until you already made your reservation, the beach is privad but they have it all occupied by rentals or owners space, the guests area is away and it feels weird to be sectioned like that. Also they should be clear about not letting you put a tent on the beach, our 10x10 say thanks for the ride but would have loved seeing the beach lol, we had to buy un umbrella there because is the only think u can use in the beach. Still give them a great review because that’s something small compared to the great experience

The apartment is amazing , big, comfortable and amazing view! The people from VACASA was really nice and clear all the time. the resort is beautiful, the pool, grill area, even the walk to the beach is nice

The condo didn’t have salt, pepper, just a couple garbage bags, just a tiny tiny bottle of dish soap, 2 tablets to do laundry, etc. for a family that flew to Florida from WV, no car to go shopping we had to door dash or Uber every little thing and it was a big inconvenience for the minor things.
