The water in the pool was greenish. My friend would not swim in it but, given the heat of July, I still found it refreshing in the evening. It is obvious that our room had received some rough treatment by previous guests, so touchup paint and some door and wall repair is needed. It's sad that some guests can't respect others property. These conditions were minor and not a problem. Management was great, so I'm sure these items will be addressed in future.

The property, though dated, was clean and comfortable. It is convenient to food and shopping. The bathroom was small but beautifully tiled and the toiletries were adequate. The TV and fridge, and microwave were just fine. I've been here years ago and it's still a good choice.

Facilities are a bit dated, getting the correct temp in shower was a guessing game.

The walls are thin and could hear neighbors on phone till pretty late. Also the neighbors air conditioner rattled my wall and made the plastic on my ac rattle super loud. I just pulled the cover off and it was a bit better. I told the staff when I checked out and they immediately went up to check it out and fix it. I would stay here again even though it was a bit noise. The price was worth it. (I sleep through anything)

Just a little light in the blanket department for a cool night is all.

Just what I needed for a late night arrival and stay on my way through town. Late night check in woman at the office was very friendly, also when I saw her the next day. Plenty of space in the simple room.

Conversation in next room, conducted in normal tone of voice, plainly audible in my room in the afternoon. I was concerned about that, but in the evening I didn't hear anything from that room. Some street noise—I heard a truck's back-up beeping in the small hours of the morning—but not terribly loud, and I probably wouldn't have heard it had I not been awake anyway.

No problems with wi-fi. Table OK, but chair a little too low to type comfortably: had to sit on a pillow. Good bed: mattress reasonably firm, pillows OK, blanket heavier than the usual thin motel blanket. Carafe for coffee-maker, which is good for making tea. Good location, with lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

GREAT BUDGET CHOICE. This is a great little old classic Route 66-style motel. Not luxurious, but clean and pleasant and near numerous restaurants. They have a small but lovely and VERY clean and well-maintained swimming pool that people should take advantage of! The staff is very nice, the wifi is good, the TVs are modern.

Tile flooring is good but could have used another mopping. Our feet got dirty just walking on the floor.

The location is great. Close to restaurants and shopping. Check-in was very easy. No extra fees or deposits. The room was very nice and clean. Comfy bed & pillows. Quiet area. Can't beat the value on this hotel!

The hotel was still under construction. The bed was very uncomfortable. The first room we were put in was not acceptable because the airconditioner did not work and the temperature stayed around 85 degrees in the room, so, we asked to be moved. It took asking 3 times to get the move to another room.
