The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, however, there is a terrific diner right across the street within easy walking distance that offers a terrific breakfast!

Tower Inn and Suites was the perfect location for visiting our family and attending a family wedding. The rooms were private and comfortable. The staff was courteous and kind and available to assist or answer any questions. And the owners were wonderful!

Great location! The room was large, the bed needs to be replaced …rather soft in spots. Love the access to the bathroom from both ends of it. Double vanity and spacious.

The handicap room really was not handicap standards. An individual with mobility issues cannot safely maneuver a standard tub. They need a walk in shower. Hence we paid for a handicap room with much less space than a standard room for nothing. Also a bit of a n odor, smoke or Disinfectant when entering g the rooms.

The standard room was very spacious. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, as well as the outside grounds.

Furniture is rickety. Bathroom had some suspicious looking splotches.

Good location. Free WiFi. No carpets on the floor is a plus. Linens were clean. Walking distance to good food.

Dingy and old. Weird there was no carpet anywhere in the room. Furniture could use a cleaning. The bed was so uncomfortable and very squeaky, with every turn.

Some hair on the fleece spread on the bed… and it‘s quite outdated…

The room was big but it I guess it could use a little tlc, emphasizing the L… but it was alright, needing a place to sleep on the way. Bathroom was clean, on the bed, some hair could be found though. The room had a kitchenette, including a 2-burner stove but no kitchen ware whatsoever. So that was a little irritating but we didn‘t want to cook anyway. So for us it was fine. The girl at the reception was very friendly.

There was very little by way of active staff around the place. Fortunately, apart from a delayed check in, it didn't really matter.

The property is in a very convenient location. It is well situated, clean and easy to find.

I booked at one place by looking at room types and when I got there I was in the hotel next door. I guess they own both. I was okay with that but I do book by what I like I.e. a porch or balcony and location so I was surprised that I wasn’t staying in the hotel I chose. again it was okay I guess.

The bed pillows were to soft. They seemed to be very tired down pillows that offered little support.

The location worked well for a meeting in New Haven. It allowed us to book a night's lodging without paying the very high prices of a room in New Haven.

The sheets looked old and made me feel a little uncertain about if they were clean. The couch bed had rips and stains on the mattress pad and there was no sheets supplied (only one thicker blanket). The bathroom lighting was very dim so it was hard to see what was clean and what wasn’t.

The room was very spacious and even had a stove top, in addition to a fridge and microwave.

This was probably the worst experience I have had when it comes to staying in a hotel. Upon arrival, I was given a different room than I booked. I talked to the manager and they then put us in a hotel next-door. Again, still not the room that I had booked. Then an hour later at 9:30 PM in the evening the manager called me and tells me I need to check out in the morning and transfer to a different room. I was then put in the room that I had booked in the hotel that I had booked. Overall, such inconveniences which affected our entire stay.
