Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBed horrible and uncomfortable. Curtains broken so let in lots of light early in the morning - but we were able to shift them in a way to work Pool looked like jello- bubbling. Staff said it was being treated for bacteria but had to ask bc there were no signs to stay out - very dangerous to guests staying there Breakfast was slim pickings Room had mold all over fan and doors- just gross For a suite & for paying for 2 rooms for 2 nights - at $1097 - they should be ashamed to call these King Suites -they were SMALL- like little room to walk small and the location was next to a warehouse which the workers all hung around asking for handouts! - hallway smelled of marijuana and flashing lights were not fixed. The elevators got stuck at one point so stairs were safer. Just overall not happy that the pictures and previous ratings were so high and good then get there and it's a disappointment

United StatesI didn't like how dirty it was, especially the chairs and the stains on the carpet. I didn't like that the toilet wouldn't flush and I had to stick my hand into the tank to make the water go down, repeatedly! I didn't like how the television didn't work, and that there wasn't one in the second bedroom. Not that it would matter, because they didn't work! And worst of all, I didn't like that you charged us almost $700 for the privilege of this lousy experience. And if you had any conscience, you would give us at least a partial refund of the money we wasted on your hotel! But don't worry, we will not be coming back. So please do not give us credit or some nonsense like that!

United StatesThe room needs some TLC on the walls where there is some paint peeling. The cost of a regular bottle of soda pop and a small bag of potato chips of over $4.50 was truly ridiculous!
The hotel staff was EXCELLENT! Front desk hostess Tamaia, Leasia and Steve the maintenance technician. The handicap accessible room was very roomy and convenient. The morning breakfast was also a great convenience and the location was perfect!
