We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe only issue I had with the room was the tiles in the bathroom were cracked in the floor. Some of the furniture was torn, and damaged.
The property was conveniently located. It was about 15 minutes to the beach. It was also close to major shopping centers, and restaurants.

United StatesThe immediate smell in the hallways and lobby area was urine. The rooms didn't smell, but the common areas did. The stairway smelled like something was burning, but it was better than the hallway urine smell. This was our 2nd stay, and it didn't smell this way back in March. So, I know how this facility can be.
We were in town for TAMUCC orientation. The room was just fine. Both elevators worked.The ice machine was working and always had plenty.

United StatesThey had 1 person attending Breakfast. Coffee would run low and he had to go make some more. They need more kitchen help. He bought buffet items out without help. Therefore, people had to wait for plates, coffee, food, etc. He was a very nice patient person!
Room was equipped with refrigerator, stove top. Paper towels for kitchen area and dishwasher. Room was a nice size. Beds comfortable.

United StatesHad a couple roaches in the room. Some of the Dishes in the cabinet were not clean and some were wet. Guests had their dogs in the swimming pool along with food items which made it undesirable.
The room appeared very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a very nice room overall except for that mentioned below. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

United StatesI was charged a deposit of $96.28 that I didn't know I would be charged until the day of. It has been well over 2 weeks since check out, and I still haven't been refunded.
The location was good. The size of the room and the kitchenette were nice. They offered a daily hot breakfast with a variety of other options, i.e., cereal, oatmeal, fruit and pastries. including dairy free milk that was very much appreciated. The cook was great and very friendly he came out and spoke with us a bit.

United StatesHousekeeping/Cleanliness needs improvement. There was old dog feces under a chair in the corner, food debris in the corner by the lamp, If you are going to allow pets, should not have carpet in the rooms. I’ve stayed in places that have wood looking floors that can be easily cleaned.
