I had an issue with getting in touch with someone regarding resolving a booking date error. After numerous attempts, I was finally able to speak with someone who resolve the issue for me.

The rooms can’t be beat! Separate sleeping and bathroom areas, as well as a comfortable living and working spaces with the bonus of a kitchen. Great value for the money and close to a major airport.

I was on the list for the airport shuttle for 7 am, but they canceled the shuttle at the last minute and it cost me $70 Uber to get to the airport. I have selected this hotel because of their advertisement offering “free airport shuttle”. Also, they did not state that the airport shuttle service ends at 10 pm. I had to take Uber to the hotel the night before as well. I spent over hundred dollars on Uber. If they were upfront (10 pm last run and no guarantee of shuttle service), I would have selected other hotel closer to the airport. I do not recommend this hotel if you are arriving late and/or departing early in the morning.

There was no problem with the property. I was at the hotel literally 5 hours (overnight) due to my flight disruption.

This property is connected to another hotel. The signs are misleading. There is not a proper designated check-in area. Guests like us and others were walking to the entire other hotel since they are connected without signs for check-in. It was confusing. When we finally made it to the correct desk for check in, the staff member who checked us in was rude when I asked why the signs pointed to the wrong direction for the hotels. “ because they haven’t updated them yet that’s why.” Was her response

Good room. Love that there was a dishwasher in the suite. Very small bathroom but the water was hot and it stayed a very long time in the tub.

The common area is just the breakfast area and looks empty at night. And the parking lot is shared and it gets full fast. Had to walk a good distance to get inside

Parking lot was packed all 2 nights this is a dual property and parking is not easily accessible to the door. Both nights I had to walk 50 yards from my car to get into the property.

I didn't like hard bed and bad pillows u try to lay on them they go flat🤷‍♀️😡 for a fancy hotel u would think better pillows and bed everything else was excellent no complaints just bring your own pillow and a topper for the bed

Our party was caught up in the Christmas American Airlines nightmare. Our connecting flight was canceled. Stuck in Dallas. Booked a room here and staff were EXTREMELY accommodating. So nice and understanding. We stayed 2 nights and made new friends.

The beds were hard and VERY uncomfortable. The pillows were soft but did not hold their shape. The fold out bed was old and swayed in the middle. Not at all like the quality of the Marriott brand!!!

I tried contacting the hotel by message, email and phone to arrange airport shuttle pickup unsuccefully, hence I had to take an uber. I couldnt find the counter to check in in hotel easily, as they share with courtyard (next door). Once I got to them they couldnt find my booking for a while. Indications were basic, not a good customer service.

It was close to airport, bed and room was comfortable, I had shuttle bus on my way back to airport. Breakfast is fine.

Parking wasn’t the best. Door leading to pool courtyard wouldn’t open with rim key so we had to walk all the way around.
