The breakfast offering was the worst I have encountered in pretty much any hotel I have stayed at. Nasty powdered eggs, no fruit, the orange juice dispensed lightly colored water. Very disappointed,

The staff was friendly, and made us feel welcome. The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants and just 10 minutes from the rec center which our church convention was being held. Great location!

The breakfast was not great (really it was probably about the same as most hotels, but fake omelets sitting in a pan of water was not appealing). The property could use a fresh coat of paint in certain areas.

Good location, clean rooms, great staff. Very nice sitting area outside by the fire pit.

It would have been nice to have some disposable cups for my kid in the bathroom. The TV was in the weirdest place ever no one could really see it. There was some dirt and hair in the bathroom. 215 a night was insane for that small room, and the pool area was kinda gross. Vending machines would have been nice to have. The table was broken/missing a wheel so it tipped over. Everything else was fine.

Unfortunately, the bad outweighed the good on this stay. The TV screen was damaged so it was impossible to watch, which at the time was not a deal breaker as I had my iPad with me. The sink was slow draining in the bathroom which again not a huge deal as these rooms have a kitchenette with a sink which did work fine. However, when I went to use the shower in the morning, I found out quickly that the tub was also slow draining. To top that off, the soap was missing from the dispenser in the shower. The only soap I had was a facial bar from the sink. At least the shampoo was full. One final thought - when I checked out, the front desk person was busy so I only got to talk to what I assume was cleaning staff. While they took a note of my issues with the room, they offered no apology or explanation for the problems I experienced.

Location was great being adjacent to the mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with decent selection of items. Room looked very nice and seemed well accommodated. Bed was comfortable.

The gentleman at checkup was knowledgeable I had paid for 3 rooms prior and went to 3rd party, booking.com, the other lady at front desk wanted my card to check in, I had told her and verified that I had already paid. She needed the other person’s assistance to make sure I wasn’t going to get charged again. I’m curious how much goes to booking.com. That was disappointing

Bathroom sink would not drain, shower had no pressure, tv in bedroom did not work, bathroom floor flooded because of poor working shower head.

it’s just plain dirty. The couch in our room, obviously had been chewed on by a dog. The material on the couch was chewed off all the way down to the wood. The breakfast area had not been cleaned up from the night before. Plastic silverware broken on the floor, wrappers on the floor, the tables were sticky, as you go outside the trash is overflowing and there’s garbage throughout the front patio. When I sat down to work on my computer, I had to find my own rags from the bathroom so I could wipe the table off. As for the staff, I said good morning to two of them. No response. I even said to the person setting the breakfast out, “looks good”, and she did not respond at all. We will not be back.

Tub didn't drain in the bathroom at all....had little floaties in the water when it wouldn't drain. Dried, stuck on contact lens on the bathroom floor....which means the floor wasn't cleaned. Breakfast was less than average. Especially for a total price of 230 per night....AFTER our reservation was messed up.
