Honestly, I couldn't find any flaws with my stay. Certainly the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

Everything about the hotel and my stay was great. The staff was super friendly as well as helpful and informative. The room was tremendous! It was very clean, I honestly felt like I was the first to ever stay in the room. The bed was so comfortable. The ability to control the temperature of the room was good. I didnt end up using the kitchenette but I appreciated all the kitchenware that was available in the room and the addition of a list of items available at request. I really appreciated all of the amenities the hotel offered. While I didn't get an opportunity to utilize the fitness center or pool, I checked both out and was impressed. I also loved the addition of the waterbottle refill stations on each floor by the elevators. And the breakfast options were amazing; waffles, several cereal options, several bread options, hard boiled eggs, one day had mini quiche, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, scrabbled eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, yogurt, as well as an array of topping like seeds, nuts, chocolate chips, coconut, raisins and a ton more. With juice, milk, coffee, and tea options to drink. The hotel itself is also situated in a very convenient location with several fast food options, gas stations, and a convenient store surrounding the hotel with tons more options within a 10-15 minute drive. Next time I'm in the area I plan to stay here again.

The view out to the front of the road & fast food outlets wasn't ideal, the opposite side of the hotel towards the SPIRE lake & woodland area would have been much nicer.

We loved outstay here. Everything from the free breakfast in the morning to the pool. We loved the kitchenette that we could cook and keep food. We didn't have to go out and go to fast food places. We actually had one nice night by the little gas fire pit talking to others staying in the hotel too. We had an amazing three night stay!!

We were registered by a new woman who put us in a small room. Marissa, Morgan, or one of the veterans usually register us with a room that is comfortable. I could not understand why we were in a small room (Room no. 220) when the hotel did not seem very full. Despite the size of the room, it was clean and met our needs.

Breakfast was very good. There was a good variety to choose from. The staff and management were courteous and helpful.

The beds were too low to the floor making it difficult to get out of bed. The pool was not open during our visit with no explanation. That is one reason we booked this hotel so it was very disappointing.

Maybe just snow removal in the parking lot…it was very slippery.
