The girl at the desk couldn’t find the key to get ice. We had to leave early due to my husband getting injured but had to pay for two nights that we couldn’t stay.

Hopefully renovations are done soon. Our room had part of a door handle missing. Curtains were very messed up. Shower head didn't spray well.

The swing shift staff was a horrible condescending person. Was telling lies and not very accommodating.

Everything for the most part was ok. The building was under renovation and there was an eye sore of a trash dumpster in the front entry.

Friendly staff, good breakfast

It was not very clean at all the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed, there was paint from the painters that never got cleaned up. The suite that we had had not been swept the one of the trash cans still had trash in it, there was paint on the handicap bars in the bathroom and a sticker behind the sink faucet from construction work and the toilet paper holder was about to fall off. We had our 10 month old grandson with us and he is crawling around in the suite and when I pick him up his knees and the tops of his feet were filthy from the carpet. Then we noticed a bunch of ants at least that’s what I think they were, were crawling around all over the wall behind the couch. For the mattress money I was charged for the suite this is very unexceptionable. Sincerely, Angela Alderson

My niece walked in the room with in 2 minutes came crying to me she step on a nail.. We go to try to cook dinner but some of the dish were dirty plus still had food in the stove part. That room wasn't vaccum at all plus my nieces then fine a fingernail... When I went to checkout the Manger guy Melvin said you should have came down and said something... NO I AM PAYING YOU 161.70 FOR A 2 BEDROOM ROOM THATS WAS DIRTY.. YOU SHOULD HAVE GAVE ME A CLEAN ROOM TO BEGINN WITH. OR GO BACK AND CHECK THE ROOM THAT HOUSEKEEPING CLEANED NEVER REFUNDED ANYTHING BACK TO ME LIKE HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO... I WON'T GO BACK AT ALL VERY BAD..

They could have put my family and I in a better room where it was clean..

Beds were hard as rocks along with the sofa. Very uncomfortable. Gave us a filty non-remodled room when we checked in. We were moved to a newer room, but A/C died during the hottest day we were there. Third room was somewhat better, but beds are super uncomfortable. Terrible parking and under construction for remodel was alot of construction trash around as well as noisy tools. Was horrible, I expected so much more from a Marriott. This was more like Red Roof Inn.

Kindra and Tanessa (sp.) at the Lafayette, IN location were the EXACT definition of customer service. They both have made me feel like I'm part of their family and I've only been here 3 nights. I can't express enough how much I value their impeccable customer service. If ANYONE deserves a HIGH recognition, it's those two. AAAAAAA++++++++

I didn’t like the overall breakfast, I think the breakfast should be better especially for the people who doesn’t eat pork like myself and my family, and a lil longer than 2 hours.

I like the way the staff was interacting with us. I loved the room and how it was very comfortable for my family. If we had a problem, the staff took care of it right away. Building was clean and we enjoyed the pool and the weight room throughout our stay.

The only reason I didn’t mark the facility as exceptional is because it was under construction. They are upgrading everything and doing it really well. Our room on the third floor was SO nice. Our own little suite!!!

Unfortunately, the shower did not work in our room, but we had a suite and our daughter's shower in her bathroom was working.

The location was easy to find and close to the expressway. The breakfast had a large variety that would appeal to many. The kitchen was fully stocked with an assortment of dishes to use.

This location was under renovations. As soon as you come in the lobby there was disarray. Priced as modern, not quite there yet. Breakfast was not something I would eat.

I love everything from the big space rooms to the pool and hot tub plus the breakfast. Wait and let me not forget that you can borrow thing's like blenders on down to games. Laundry room and gym is on site as well. It's made for single, couple, and family-friendly. Best hotel so far.
