Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The fridge and stove were dirty the pull out bed couch was stained and dirty and the mattress was terrible. Very uncomfortable to sleep and sit. Needs to be replaced especially the mattress. The hwy traffic is extremely loud and can constantly be heard. Need sound proof windows.
Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff were super nice and friendly. Good free breakfast.

the pillows :( I wish there were options and that they wouldn’t flatten down
the room was very clean and I loved that it had a kitchen. I loved the gym and the free hot breakfast.

The room we had must be above a motor or engine or elevator. The bed and floor had buzz and vibration all night long. We didn't seem to notice it when we first checked in, but late at night, when it was too late to complain or move , or even leave the hotel, the whole place was vibrating. It's hard to fall asleep or stay asleep. Felt like I was in a Motel 6 truck stop instead of a Marriott. Maybe the front desk knew because she made us waitfor 15 minutes while she checked something in the room, then double-checked the room, before letting us go to our room, that he had said was ready.
Convenient location. Hotel amenities really nice with the kitchenette.

The bed wasn't clean. It was dirty sheets on the let out bed from the previous guest. There were crumbs all over the bed. And the bed wasn't made up.
The breakfast was ok. I love the location. Being surrounded by all the shopping centers.

On our check out day, there appeared to be a child, perhaps one of the staff members, mopping the floors right in front of and adjacent to the reception desk, which was not very safe and quite inappropriate, in my opinion. There were 'wet floor' signs posted; however, it was quite difficult to get to the desk because there was so much water on the floor. Another thing that I did not like was the amount of trash in the trash cans just outside of the entrance, which was blowing around the front due to the high winds and made for a negative impression of the hotel's cleanliness. One last point, I did not like the fact that it appeared that no high dusting had been done for quite some time as there was a tremendous buildup of dust in the vent over the shower, as well as dust and cobwebs on the lamp over the table. There was also a dirty coffee cup placed with the others in the kitchen shelf.
The location was fine for what we needed to accomplish while in the area. Eateries and shopping were close by, as well as the convenience to the freeway. We liked that the hallway smelled and looked clean, as well as the elevator, with the exception of one night when there appeared to be a spill of sorts in the elevator. The staff was super nice and friendly.

Booked a suite for family get together. Although the kitchen area had enough supplies to feed a village, there was only one small table, one chair and a couch for two - could have a gathering of 2-3 at most. Had booked to watch a play off MLB which I was assured could be broadcast on TV network - not so. Had to find other site for get together to watch game.
Go early - trouble keeping food available. Quality typical for free breakfast.
