The property is under construction, which was right by main entrance and pool, so it wasn’t ideal to walk through or hang out at pool with all the workers around. However, the construction was quiet.

The staff was pleasant throughout our stay and very accommodating. We lost our cat and they were very friendly and helpful.

Parking was limited though that was mentioned briefly on the booking page. The facility was in the middle of renovations so the worn out carpet was being replaced and there were areas that were not attractive.

Rooms were extremely quiet and everything felt very solid. The kitchenette was well equipped and if my stay had been more than two days it would have been very nice to have had. The furniture was solid and well positioned and every piece seemed to fit. Staff was very friendly and helpful and seemed to actually like each other as well as costomers.

The room was a bit outdated. The outdoor pool was not well kept. There wasn't much variety in the daily breakfast offered, nor was it replenished in a timely manner.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious with a full kitchen as described. There was plenty of space and a tv in each room. We did have issues with one of the beds and it was immediately addressed by maintenance. We also had an issue with our microwave and that was also immediately replaced.

Breakfast was not good. There were days when there was not enough food left to select from. Also, 9am end time is too short. I'm on vacation, should be until atleast 11am. Also, charges were made to my account I wasn't aware of. Hopefully the clerk reverse all as discussed

Location was excellent. Staff were great. Felt secured. The room amenities were great especially with having a baby along with us.

Fold out bed was a bit older (which we had booked for) and not much room left at all in the lounge area when it was open. Some of the pillows could do with renewal.

Overall pretty decent spot, we didn't quite make the full breakfast (but that was our fault) but they did let us carry on with a bit of the continentals even after hours had finished which was appreciated.

The outside doors were filthy, inside the stair carpet was fraying all on the steps. Its needs a good decorate and had the strangest smell. The breakfast area was not very inviting, the breakfast was limited with many taking food back to their rooms. We have had much better places to stay in America for less money. Oh, if we had a party we would be fined, this didnt stop a large group of women having a party till 2.00am.

The room was OK. Nice furniture. Bathroom was all nice and clean. TV had a strange blue picture so didnt watch it.

I didn’t like the that the drains seemed clogged in both the tub and face bowl The ac in the second room didn’t put out as much as the other rooms The safety lock on the door came off They were under renovation right at the front of the hotel which was hazardous for guest The pool area was so open to the parking lot Only the front desk staff were friendly The luggage trolley is trash and needs to be replaced For a two bedroom they should have had atleast one bathroom and a half bath
