Keep the prices the same on the sites

On the partner sites the price don’t match and can be very disturbing when your trying to book and stay within a budget. Other than I had a nice stay here and would come back in a heart beat. Front staff was so nice and welcoming.

Quite a bit of light seeped through the door to the hallway. Staff began vacuuming the hallway outside my room at 9am while I was still asleep. The cleaning staff was pretty loud when cleaning other rooms. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad they were enjoying their jobs, but, I was trying to rest.

I loved Violet. She was the employee that was working when I checked in. She was a delight.

The sleeper sofa was not comfortable to sit in. Hard as a rock. Signage could be better.

The location was perfect for visiting a friend who lives in that area. The queen bed with 4 pillows was plush and comfortable for my wife and I although I prefer a king. The couch was hard as a rock and the back and arms were small so overall the couch was a no-go for me. The kitchen looked nice, but we didn't use it except to make coffee. Everything was clean. We did not do the breakfast (although it was included) as we had a breakfast meeting with our friend. Check in and check out were fast and smooth. Staff was very friendly.

The mattress was a bit soft.

Very nice, convenient location, comfortable accommodations. It was our first time at a TownePlace Suites, but we will seek them out in future travels. It is also great that they are pet-friendly.

That there was no cleaning done and there was old dish soap and a dishwasher table left in the dishwasher. there was no hand washing soap, no new dish soap or dishwasher soap, no lotion, there was missing towels, missing blankets, part of the TV stand was broken, the foot stool was stained, there was a stain on the bedsheet.

the sign that was on the property was difficult to see because of all the trees, sometimes I drove past not realizing that I had passed the entrance only to have to turn around and go back.

I was very surprised at how well this space accomodated all my needs. I could have stayed her for an extended period of time and had plenty of storage and living space. Very comfortable.

The air conditioner was confusing to us (we are old people). We did not see the thermostat on the wall, so we had to ask about it. The phone was not working, so we had to go to the front desk for assistance.

My husband really enjoyed the breakfast. The location was close to where we were visiting.

We only had 2 forks for 5 people, plates, glasses, cutlery etc were missing. The bathroom was extremely small and the carpet could do with being changed to the same flooring as the bathroom and entrance.

While our stay was great we didn't really like the fact that the wifi wasn't very stable. It kept going in and out at times but it wasn't terrible. And the water in the shower could've stayed hotter longer. Other than that it was a great experience

The building needs work as far as new carpeting, paint, etc. The pool was very small right next to the check-in building.

Didn't feel confident about cleanliness. Although it looked clean, I found an earring on the floor in my room upon check-in and a hairpin in front of or around my door. The hairpin was there all through the stay. The employees were great and friendly. The sign for the hotel was hidden by trees so hard to find. Loved the kitchenette and suite set up.

Spent time here when visiting one of the colleges in the area. Not a good choice due to the distance to downtown, but ok for a last-minute choice over several days. Not a luxurious space but practical if you have kids. Cleanliness is questionable but got new beddings to make sure I knew what I was sleeping on. Fair choice.

When we checked in they informed us that there was NO hot water (so we were unable to take a shower); so we asked for some kind of a discount.....with no avail......that was kind of disappointing. We also asked the girl at the front desk for some extra pillows....she said she would bring them to us....she never did.

The room was very nice, and very clean. Lots of towels were available. Nice location.
