You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaDuring our stay the only thing we did not like was the smell of the water. The shower had this strong odor of a fish tank that just made the showering experience really bad. And the taste of the water was just as bad as the smell. It made our hotel room smell everytime we walked in. Other than that no complaints.
For the price having a fully loaded kitchen and a pool was excellent. The staff was very friendly Especially Erin from the night shift. Excellent breakfast in th morning. Easy to find and right off a main road.

The property is in a very convenient location , next to a big mall with EV charging stations and a few steps from Guadalupe. Breakfast was great .

United States of AmericaDidn't really have any issues with the place. Even when we called the front desk to get help with some incredibly loud upstairs neighbors, it was dealt with promptly. A little more protein on the breakfast menu would have been nice.
The location was perfect to be able to travel around Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. Everything was clean and comfortable, including the sleeper sofa and linens. The staff was amazing, particularly the breakfast staff.
