The room was as described and more comfortable than I expected. It was warm in the room and we did have to use the large box fan (provided) to circulate air to cool us down to sleep.

Seward doesn't have a lot of lodging options. We were only staying for one night, so our main requirement was a room with two beds. Trailhead Lodging is a small one-floor structure with just a half-dozen rooms. The building also houses a laundromat, but we never heard any noise from there. The room was large, nicely furnished with a lot of homey touches. The room had a queen bed and a sofa bed. Bathroom was very clean and everything was in good condition. All the information is provided by email in advance of the stay, and you use a code to enter both the main door and your room. This was great because we ended up getting to the room much later than we expected. On-site parking is offered. The lodge is one block off of the main street, so traffic noise was not an issue yet it was very close to the main restaurant and shopping area. I would have enjoyed staying there additional nights if our travel schedule had permitted it.

Great location, very nice room, comfortable beds. We loved the sound machine and had never seen one anywhere we stayed before. We appreciated the black out curtains too. The self check-in and communication was quick and easy.

I honestly can't think of anything. We realy loved it.

I really enjoyed the "little touches" like glass glasses, regular and decaf coffee, the decorations (we really wanted the silver metal deer, would have paid to have it lol). Those things add up to a lot and make it a lot better. The door code being our phone number is excellent.

Better curb appeal..Sign put more in front of room locations, rather than laundromat. Make the businesses look separate. Thot rate was high.

The only thing that could be improved is a bit of WD40 on the door hinge. It squeaked a bit. Everything in the room was welcoming, tidy, and stylish. I am sure the squeak will be taken care of as soon as they read this.

The location was excellent, across the street from the coffee house where we wanted to see an art exhibit, and a short walk to the Sea Life Center and restaurants and shops. It's a great value.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It's a small one with laundromat next door which is great. The room was clean and nice. The location was good we were only walking around the city since it has a great location. You can also use public gym for free.
