You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

jacuzzi broke, floor soaking wet, tv not working. was moved to another room floor soft and saggy front door warped and hard to open and close, curtains ripped. housekeeping didn’t come the first day stated we didn’t want housekeeping when we really needed it then we had to clean our own room and change our own bed. the whole place was very run down

I believe the manager is racist because I didn't break damage and pay on time and the manager Spencer DNR me after staying there for over a month for no reason but there is other people who don't even pay they rent

Not enough electrical outlets. This was a non-smoking room, but there was a musty smell.
This is an old property, some of the rooms have been remodeled. We had one of the newer rooms.

No working TV, for all intended purposes. I don't have the internet or cable at my home and so because of that I wasn't able to get the television in the room to work for worthwhile viewing.

Pancakes not good syrup too sweet. Also had a guy knock on my door at night and he wouldn’t leave. Called office said they were coming or getting someone and no one showed. I did not feel safe.

In my travel experience, if you arrive a bit early at a property, they will at least check to see if one of their rooms is available. NOT HERE!
Nice to get a coffeemaker in a budget motel room. Didn't hear much traffic noise in the room.

If you can avoid the second shift assistant supervisor your stay will be very friendly and pleasant!
The price and definitely the staff was very polite and accommodating, besides Assistant manager! She was very rude and unfriendly. When going up to her for anything her vibe was she's being bothered by guest. She constantly kept trying to change our reservations to her liking along with trying to change the price for a room when she should've kept honoring the price we were paying! We were interested in a extended stay to which Spencer was great at accommodating, and mentioned that if a room opened by chance it would happen from a Monday thru Thursday. We weren't notified until the night before, and that was on Saturday @ 9pm at night. I went up to desk expecting to pay for the following night (Sunday) and assistant manager "told us" that we are being moved to another room for an extended stay starting that following morning and I explained to her that we WEREN'T notified until she just told me then! She said we needed to check out of the room we were in for a few weeks and then we needed to pay the full amount of the extended stay room to which we weren't prepared to pay! When trying to say something about it to someone else she turned around and lied and try saying she was just giving us a choice!!! She bold faced lied her way out of it and due to me getting upset that morning and we decided that we needed to checkout that following morning because we didn't have that chunk of money! We were all packed up and standing outside the office waiting for our Uber to go to another motel, the owner pulled up and I was just wanting to explain and do something about it.... Is the time she snaked her way out of it. We were told we could've stayed in our room and booked another night but I already checked us out. She wouldn't honor our price if I wanted to check back in!!! 😤 We now are flagged from staying there again because of her!! 😡

The property is very rundown, room was fairly clean, continental breakfast was a disaster, coffee machine broke, pancake mix left in from the day before, started to eat the pancake, it was sour, told the front desk lady, she left me know that she knew it was yesterday's pancake mix left in the machine for 24 hours, but she apologized, did not know that it was going to be bad!!!!!! They had packs of oatmeal but no hot water or microwave??????

Smelled like mold, in room coffee maker water reservoir was not clean, towels were paper thin. Tiny microwave had several dents on the top, had to use a flashlight to see the dial. 1 tiny trash can in room, glad I took a kitchen sized bag with me.
Bed was comfortable, room temp was easy to control, had a good blow dryer, Breakfast variety offered was good, Coffee in snack room was great! Beat up microwave did work well,

I had reserved a smoking rm..when I got to the rm I realized I was in a non smoking rm..when I went to address the situation to the front desk..the staff advised me that there wasn't any more available and if I wanted to smoke go outside and smoke..which it was cold..thats the reason why I reserved a smoking rm not in order to go outside..I stayed before..never had an issue till now..it was an error on there end not mine..which the staff did see that I was correct by looking at his records..no biggie no problem but for future reference..they should check these things in advance..thats all gn
