Everything was broken. Ice Machine was broken, Toilet was leaking and had to wait to flush it, AC leaked water onto the floor. Room was rather small.

That the beds wasn’t very comfortable and the toilet had a hard time flushing if you didn’t make sure you lifted the nozzle back up all the way it wouldn’t flush and the front door locks looked kinda broken ish not totally secure and a bit loose

They was willing to give me a different room due to my room not being cleaned or ready when I made it to Austin from Houston so me and my child and father didn’t have to wait because we had somewhere to be in little time

It was a creazy F1 weekend and the hotel was very expensive for what it offered and yes the cheap option. But for been payed more than 300 per night, at leaste with the prices for that weekend, they shoulded had better towels, accesories, be prepare and make maintenance and improvements...

It was at least clean but it needs a lot of maintenance and renewal

No coffee maker in room, hair dryer broken, floor dirty and sticky, waffle maker didn't cook waffle completely, coffee lukewarm. Property grounds full of trash. Staff stated they would fix issues but didn't. Staff stated main clientele, referring to transient working crews, "stole or broke everything" so things weren't replaced. Might as well have been staying in a run-down Motel-6.

Chose mainly for location and what I thought was a reasonable price for a hotel with "Wyndham" in its name. Staff friendly enough.

That the night shift receptionist is very ignorant. She locked my rook card key when I went out to eat after work. Got back and I went to the front office to the receptionist, she said I had only paid for 1 night, after I tried explaining and showing to her that I had booked until Sunday which was 2 days. She decided that being ignorant was more important to her and kicked me and my wife out of the property. I had to call the cops to get my things back from my room. Uneducated receptionist that chooses to be ignorant.

The bed was a little hard and it creaked a bit.

It was dirty, had bed bugs, left over food in the microwave, rat feces in the air vents, the door was broke and unable to lock, sheets were dirty.

Nothing spent 4hrs there trying to get the front desk lady to answer the phone to guest services. Still waiting on my refund like promised. Have yet to receive it.

I don't know if they have an issue with the cleaning staff but they didn't clean the room every day. We were there from Sunday to Satudary, when we got there the room was clean, on monday they just gave us towels, on tuesday they didn't clean so I complained at night, they cleaned on wednesday and thursday but on friday they didn't cleaned again. So overall they just cleaned like half the time we were there, we really don't need a lot of cleaning but I at least expect to change towels and clean a little bit everyday. Also general cleaning of the motel, we saw trash that was never picked up during the week. It wasn't dirty, you just don't see them cleaning often.

It's a great location close to dowtown for a great price, including breakfast. Beds were comfortable, had a desk to work, refrigerator and microwave for food so you don't have to eat outside all the time. Even when it's on the highway there was no outside noice so we slept comfortable.

Filthy, in poor condition, broken cabinetry, toilets lined the stairway, hair still stuck to shower walls, walls covered in filth and dirty. Bedding looked as if it hasn’t been washed. Fake eyelashes stuck to ac unit. Only 1 pillow each. Bed hard as a rock. Only stayed cause we couldn’t get a refund or cancel. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Pictures were nothing like the actual room, the rooms on the website looked decent that was not the case, pillows were so thin and wore out, then when I went to ask for two more because it was me and my wife the guy gave no f**** and straight up told me no he would not give me two more pillows, bed was hard as a rock woke up with my shoulders hurting might as well have slept on the floor. Room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I walked in.

The room smelled like smoke. The AC is loud and broken it needs to be oiled. The door is stuck. The bathroom has no hot water and the pressure is non-existent. The location is super sketchy

The first room smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was very kind and changed my room to another quickly. The second room there was a small smear of poop on the bed sheets upon arrival. It was obvious that they didn't change the bed sheets from the last guest. Outside at night, many guests would smoke on the doorstep. There were cigarette butts all over the ground concluding around the pool. I had two young kids and left our place after one night because of the lack of cleanliness and rough characters this place attracted.

The staff were super nice and helpful. We loved the pool. It was pretty quiet in our room and we couldn't hear people above us.
