I was told that breakfast was not included even though it was indicated on booking.com when I booked the stay that it would be provided. There were burn holes in the sheets because the cheapest room was a smoking room. Truthfully, the smell wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but it wasn't great. The microwave and everything there was dirty. The AC dripped constantly, but the plumbing was fine, the lighting was good, and it wasn't too noisy.

Beware hotel is in south Colorado Springs very sketchy area. Lots of homeless asking for money. Hotel was very outdated and basic. Would not stay again.

Refrigerator didn’t work, internet wouldn’t connect to phones or tablets. When the guy at the front desk said he’d be there we waited for over and hour and he never showed. Definitely could’ve used better customer service.

The staff Sandy and Russ were amazing, made us feel welcomed, super friendly, even helped out when an accident happened with our 2year old.

Beds are hard as rock. Sheets would not stay on bed. Hair dryer did not work. First room they gave me had 1 bed. I requested 2. The extra lock on door was broken. No wifi password available.

We rented for two nights, If I would of known, I wouldn't of rented there, the rooms are totally different, they show pictures with white covers, but not in reality, I tried to cancel the second night bc we had our parents stranded like two hours away in Lamar Co, but the owner didn't want to work with me, but at the end we made it work and they were able to get truck running and came home, on my opinion the location was sketchy, there was homeless people wondering around the hotel, and on the street, and we even saw one staying there, in one of the down stairs rooms, he checked out early and walked out, with a rolling cart with his stuff and left walking, There is no breakfast, the pool said was working, but when you get there supposedly is under construction, the pillows and sheets were dirty, were not changed, thankfully I brought my own. the room had a mildew smell as well. we had to clean the filter, and the air conditioner has an on and off button only, and it was loud at night, we had to turn it off, But what I can say is that the room was spacious, the lady that cleans or manages was nice,

Didn't have breakfast, a motorcycle gang kept cruising in and out most of the night, it's a homeless and drug addicts place, would never stay again, the toilet barely worked the tub was dirty and had a used bar of soap left on it, in a word it's ghetto.

Air conditioner was broken and security and people hanging around area meant we had keen windows closed. Swimming pool was advertised but was empty.

The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. There was hair all over the bathroom, including in the shower. It was absolutely disgusting. Also, the room smelled weird. Furthermore, they don't offer a late checkout. Additionally, the pool isn't in operation.

I liked that there was a living room, which was unexpected. It even had a sofa. The bed was semi-separated from the living room, which was also appreciated.

Carpet ha stains on it,the wasn’t comfortable at all,linens was wrinkled.Paying that much for a night and no breakfast.

I didn’t like it at all.It was a mistake by me,it suppose to be Travelodge reservatoin not Travel-star.So had to stick with it.

There is nothing I did not like. The small flower gardens have beautiful flowers blooming right now. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I like the main floor rooms because I have COPD and they have always accommodated me.
