We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOn the morning that I checked out while I was in the bathroom, I kept my neck chain in the bathroom but forgot to pick it before leaving. When I called to inform them, this man was practically yelling at me on the phone. I went there and he claimed the necklace was not found that the housekeeper could have thrown it in the garbage. I asked to check the garbage but he refused. Initially, he said I should call back the following morning to speak to the manager, I told him to call the manager on my behalf as I was heading out of the town already, he refused. The following morning when I called, I was again told to call back after 9am when the housekeeper would be around so they could ask if she found the necklace. I expect that this ought to have been done immediately I reported the incidence. If the man had been proactive when I called, who knows whether the necklace would have been found. Eventually, they said the neck chain was not found. Perhaps, if I had checked the garbage the first day, I could have saved my neck chain. I am really wondering why a gold neck lace that is not small in size could be thrown in the garbage.
I was checked in smoothly, no hassles.

CanadaFilthy room and premises. I thought there was a certain standard to be a Wyndham property. It seems not. this is probably the cheapest hotel in fort Lauderdale but if you are doing more than sleeping one night you will be very disappointed.

United States of AmericaThe room it self was bad cigarette burns on the sheets the chair they have in there was all stained the carpets were all stained and dirty the shower curtain was moldy like realyly moldy and the tub had a rust stain from when god knows when ! The toilrt was super small and the lights did work they had a lamp that worked but that as well was dirtyyy!! It was bot worth 114 a place like this should be running at $69 for $114 i shouldn't be showering with my sandals on! Deff need to do a deep clean new sheets new shower curtains new chair or steam clean it somethings gotta give!
The good thing was the staff he was very friendly and understanding we had a issue with our reservation he took his time and helped us so thats was the best thing og this whole experience!
