The shuttle is not 24 hours- it doesn't run from 1am to 5am so if you have an early flight you need to get an Uber. The walls are thin so I could hear the person upstairs stomping around until 1am and all the voices through the walls. The hot water only lasted a few minutes I'm not sure if that's an LA thing.

For the price it is a pretty and modern hotel! Bed was comfy as well and I'm grateful for the iron! Super close to the airport, I would come back 😺

Other couple were put in a one bed room which was near the traffic noise and not as nice as the two bed room the other couple got, they should have been the same type of rooms

Long black hairs in the bathroom. Dated and old decor, but clean. Bed was fresh, sheets seemed clean. Looked out over a carpark, and would have been noisy during the day and weekends. Overall the price was too much for the room considering the basic dated style and location. Not

The room was clean-ish, i did find long black hairs in the bathroom, but overall it was clean and average. It is very basic for the price for which i expected a tad better, but it was only one night so i didnt worry about it. No view, BUT it is close to restaurants, and also has 24 hour service at the desk and you can buy drinks and snacks there also. Shuttle bus was slow to come but did arrive to get me. Close to airport, but far from town.

The outdoor area needs tidied of litter and there are some transient people wandering around but we still felt safe. Note you cannot store your bags here for free after checkout, there is a fee and space is limited.

Staff are excellent. Shuttle is super convenient and came faster than some of the more 'up market' hotels I've stayed at around LAX. There is a petrol station/convenience store and Coffee Bean within a 3 minute walk.

The transport to the airport is each hour. So, there is no advantage in being near the airport if the shuttle appears each hour. The room that they assigned me was outside the main building

There is no restaurant (that I've discovered) to walk to in the area if you want a nice meal, but you can get a good breakfast and an adequate evening or lunch meal at the IHOP only five minute walk from the hotel. This hotel itself does not have breakfast facilities. There is a room beside reception which has coffee, tables and chairs and electrical outlets where you can sit to wait for the airport bus.

This hotel is close to LAX and has a free shuttle service. Without traffic, it would be less than five minutes drive from the airport. With traffic, it takes around 25 minutes or much longer depending on the time of day. The staff are helpful. The rooms are clean. The window in my room could be opened to let in fresh (!?) air. There is a blackout shade that blocks out all light at night. The noise from traffic is muted.

The aircon was inefficient and needs replacing. The room smelt like smoking when I entered but got a bit better when I’d run the aircon for a while (even though it never actually got cool). Fridge not cold and no freezer which I needed for freezer brick for medication.

Quick to the airport and free shuttle was great. Room was spacious and comfortable and I liked the walk in shower especially the hand shower. Good location to nearby circle k for snacks and drinks.

No breakfast. It is an old hotel but the rooms have renovated and are basic but more than adequate. The only problem I found was low water pressure in the shower and the drains in the bathtub and wash basin backed up. They eventually drained

It was good for a one night stay and had the best price near the airport. We didn’t like that the room door faced an open walk-through area and parking lot that anyone, not just hotel guests, could access, which didn’t feel very safe. Other than that, it was an okay hotel for a short stay.

It is a little loud at night as it is right by the streets.

The location was great and the airport shuttle service was very nice. It was a major stress reliever. I made it to my flight early in the morning.
