AC was blowing air from the window, and the bed was right next it, and a bit loud

The only negative is that the TV service was bad on all channels. So it was impossible to use the TV, I am not sure if it was an isolated problem or on-going

Would have felt a little better if the parking lot had a key card access for guests only. Not sure I felt too comfortable about the huge parking lot in the back of the building.

The carpet was gross and the furniture needs to be replaced. It was chipped or pieces were stained. For a prime location this hotel was seriously out dated and very well used.

The females reception staff were a bit stand-offish & curt

The reception staff (the males at least) were SUPER HELPFUL & friendly. I lost my suitcase keys and one of them took it upon himself to grt the lock opened.

They should have emptied out the trash bins in the lobby. They were overflowing at 9am when i was leaving and wanted to put something in the trash.

The Location is great. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I love the option of a balcony to enjoy the nighttime air. Front Desk Attentants were so friendly and helpful. I called from my room for a razor and toothpaste and they brought it to me within 10 min. And everyone smiled and was polite.

The coffee machine in our room was a bit temperamental, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. We did also have to ask every day for refills - which were given without question, which was great, but it would have been nice for that to have already been done.

We paid for the breakfast and were really impressed with the variety and the quality of the food, it was definitely worth the money. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, we couldn't fault any one of them. We ordered food from the bar and it was really lovely. We loved the location of the hotel too.

Old building. Dull decoration in rooms. Missing flash or just a couple of nice pictures would work.

Location and cleanliness. But hotel is dated and shows it's age. There are better deals in the area. We probably will choose another hotel next visit. And the free breakfast was $17. Way too much for us so we left early.

No continental breakfast. 16.99 buffet per person I've never stayed at a holiday in that didn't have a continental breakfast. I will not stay here again

Slow service, for example I hang the cleaning request card on the door from outside and left the room at early morning when I got back, the room was not clean. Second day, I call the housekeeping and they promised to clean my room+ I hung on the cleaning card on the door, but when I got back at evening I found my room was not cleaned. Third time I talked with the reception face to face and they promised to ensure my room would be clean when I back, but also this day my room not cleaned. The day after which was last night for me, I did not ask for clean but when I came back my room I found it cleaned. Although it was cleaned, it was not fully cleaned. The bathroom cleaned greatly but the room not. Bed still not arranged, tables dirty and not wiped off, no new coffee cups.
