Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had a double room with small balcony overlooking the river which was a surprise bonus. The property is dated but was kept very clean and tidy and we had everything we needed for our short stay.

Being on the bottom floor meant you could hear every step they took upstairs but this wasn't a problem really
Room was huge and spacious, bed was really comfortable and large. Plenty of parking, including right outside the room. Pretty quiet at night and staff on hand at all hours if you needed them. Breakfast was pretty good (toast, waffles, bagels, yoghurt, cereal etc). Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room was handy.

Nice motel close to antelope canyon. The room was clean and had a useful set up. At the morning there was a breakfast with coffee, toasts, eggs and other things. It was a really good motel in Page.

It would be great if the hotel can provide more variety for CBF. The coffee was empty when we arrived at the breakfast room.
There was not much variety for CBF but it was acceptable for us. The room meets the standard requirement. The locations were perfect to visit the tourist attractions in Page. We had a booking in the morning for the lower antelope tour, we spent less than 10 minutes driving to arrive at the meeting point.

As soon as we arrived here, we were told the ice machine and laundry machines were out of order, which was frustrating as we were in need of ice and most people book at these places for these facilities. When we got to our room there was a strong smell of weed, I think coming from upstairs as there was coughing coming from up there too. Inside the room there was a booklet with things to do and it had a few discounts in it. We went to Denny’s and tried to use the advertised discount by showing our key card and they said they did not know about it or offer that, so if you do plan to use any of the discounts, be warned they might no longer be valid or work. Annoyingly, the morning we were checking out a maid knocked on our door at 10am when we getting ready. The maids should know the days people are checking out so they do not disturb on that day as they have from 11am-3pm to get the room ready for the next people after we leave.
The bed was comfortable, the room had an iron and ironing board, a TV, a microwave and fridge, a coffee machine, a bath and shower (the bathroom door lock did not work) and there was free parking. We were able to park right outside the door too which was handy. There is also free continental breakfast.

There was a homeless person sleeping down the stairs in front of our room. Room itself was also a bit more expensive than most motels we've seen.
Basic motel with a spacious and clean room. Staff was friendly and the breakfast is good with quite a few options. In summer they have a pool, but it was closed for now.

The location is very accessible to the restaurants, groceries and fastfood, however, it doesn’t have the view of lake powell which I though it have since it was in the hotel’s recommendation and description.

TV service needs a bit of work
Front desk staff, Janine was excellent. Very helpful when I locked my key in the room and TV wasn't accessing the DTV service. Room, although the property is older, was very clean. Bed comfortable and clean crisp sheets.

It was supposed to be breakfast included. When we arrived at 06:30am, there was just some boiled eggs and a few yogurts in a bowl. No bread. The juice machine (Supposedly Orange and Apple) was empty and the pot of coffee almost empty after a large group of tourists helped themselves. We decided to go somewhere else to get a decent breakfast.
Bedroom was OK with a microwave, a minifridge and a coffee machine. Wifi was decent.
