On our first night, we were visited by a raccoon who ended up on the roof and disturbed our sleep. This is in no way a fault of the property and can’t be helped. Second night was very peaceful. The home was very clean besides a few cobwebs on some of the plants.

The location with the Mountain View’s is amazing! A very cozy home with great facilities. Jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom was amazing! Amenity kits included were a great touch.

There was a bit of dust in some places and the dishes weren’t all clean. The dishwasher had a smell also so we didn’t use it. We prefer to hand wash our dishes anyways though. The game room was smaller than pictured, the pool table was hard to get a good shot from certain angles so we didn’t play any serious games, just had fun with it 💛

The location was perfect, the views were beautiful, the home was comfy. We loved the hot tub.

The only problem we had was that on our last night the water heater went out and we didn’t have hot water. Not a big deal! Staff was great and no one can help when something breaks!

There were some orange ladybugs, some white stuff hanging on the ceiling in the upstairs room (could’ve been styrofoam) also the dryer did not dry anything.

Great location, beds were great and close to all attractions and restaurants.

I'd like to see it new kitchen table, absolutely a new hot tub and at least a single sample pack of complimentary coffee to go with the machine. Other than that this place was just fine, maybe a little better than just fine. Certainly perfectly acceptable.

Overall this was an excellent location, minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. For all intents and purposes it's a great place to stay. Hot tub was in rough condition, kitchen table was in a similar condition, but the accommodations were acceptable, given the last minute circumstances. I would stay again.

Someone that had stayed there in the past must have fed a racoon cause it was laying by the door and we opened the door it stood on its back legs and reached out like it wanted food. We didn't feed it and it didn't come back but it looked friendly

The smoke alarm had been removed from the wall downstairs. I consider this to be a major issue. It needs to be replaced before the next guest stays.

Air conditioner stopped working on our 2nd day. Service Tech had been to this cabin several times for A/C problems. I don't think this cabin should have been rented out until problems with the A/C unit had been confirmed that it was properly repaired. Unfortunately, I guess that would be kind of hard for Vacasa to know if the repairs were adequate or not. Also their was not enough room upstairs to adequately shoot pool. The resort pool was nice but too small for the size of the resort.

The cabin was clean and just like the pictures.

No bedding for pull out couch / 5 & 6 guest. Had to use towels for blanket.
