Amazin property, walking distance for restaurants, supermarkets, and any basics needed in sedona, the house is equipped with items required to have a great time, from sunscreen, hot tub towels, coffee machine and everything that you need, feels as confurtable like home and relaxinf for a perfect vacations.

10 out of 10! I am adding this to the list of places I would book again! This lovely property was in the perfect location. This was a trip with four women and we used every inch of the place; we cooked a delicious steak/salmon dinner on the grill, and ate on the patio. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio. We took full advantage of the hot tub every day, a soak was a splendid way to end each day after hiking. One night of our 4 night stay we walked to Vino Di Sedona for a perfect meal on their patio with live music. We enjoyed it so much, we walked to Vino again on the next day for a night cap. The house had all the amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. It was clean, and functional for our group of four. We had movie night on the comfortable couch. Perfect set up! Easy access with the keyless entry. Sedona, Arizona, calls itself "the most beautiful place on Earth," I would agree.

I just wish I had been able to stay for a few days! This was a very quick trip.

The location was great. It was quiet, but very centrally located. the house was lovely, clean, well appointed. The hot tub was terrific, and the private backyard was peaceful and very enjoyable.

MINOR: blender is missing top plug UNCONTROLLABLE: neighbor's tall pine trees obscure a completely fantastic view from back yard.

We arrived a bit early and it was difficult to get in touch with the owners. But it is not entirely their fault.

A beautiful modern house with tasteful designs. Conveniently located to the amenities, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing we could lay blame on is the small mistake the owner made in sending door code. I caused some confusing moments but was quickly resolved. We regretted not to have stayed longer.

The sheets and beds were very comfortable. The house was very nicely decorated and it was close to several things we wanted to do.

Beautiful property - relaxing & quiet backyard. House is decorated nicely, comfortable & VERY clean. Ira and Taher were very responsive and checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed. Very nice stay and everything we needed to another great time in beautiful Sedona!

If there were televisions in every bedroom, that would have been a bonus....but in no way was that a deal breaker. We really didn't have a disappointment that would keep us from staying there again and again!

Breakfast was not applicable....The location was great! The decor of the house was very, very, appealing! The appliances seemed to be brand new....everything worked great. We utilized the garage and having an opener was perfect.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is nearby shops, restaurants and popular attractions. The house is very clean, modern and you can find anything you could possibly need during your stay. The staff and hosts are lovely.

I liked the kitchen but it could have a few more supplies - would have liked measuring spoons , and some type of food chopper/ processor. (there was a standard blender, but could not get it to work). Dishes were lovely, and dishwasher was nice. The eat-in layout worked very well!

Great location - Very convenient, quiet yet right off the main highway. Modern, big windows,comfortable. Wonderful back yard- it would have gotten more use if our stay was longer ( fire pit, grill, hot tub were nice features)!
