Breakfast had few options, inadequate seating and was poorly organised so that there was minimal flow. Would have appreciated tea and coffee in the rooms

The only downside was breakfast. The space is quite limited, which caused some crowding, and the selection was rather modest.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially because of its excellent location in the city center, close to many attractions. The subway station with direct access to the airport is also nearby, which made traveling very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. After checking out, we were able to safely store our luggage for several hours free of charge, which allowed us to explore the city without any worries. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable.

They should improve the breakfast creating a dedicated area to enjoy it.

Very well located hotel in the middle of downtown, very close to Union Square and Chinatown, and strategic to reach other core location of San Francisco, like Pier 33, Fisherman’s wharf (just 30 mins by walking). Rome nice.

It is making the best of its confinements but it is small. The breakfast areas are small; the workout area is stuffy without windows and good ventilation. The room refrigerator was sitting in a cabinet, generating heat which was warming the room.

not a great area to serve the continental breakfast, waited in line for over 30 minutes but that is probably because i came down near the end of it. next day I came down earlier and waited nowhere near as long.

I was there for a SF Giants baseball weekend. location was excellent for Oracle Park (20 minute walk), next to China town, close to Union Square and about a 30 minute walk to Pier 39. Was able to walk most places. The hotel was comfortable, staff was good and seemed well maintained. enjoyed my stay.

-The "continental'" breakfast really was lacking. Only toast and some cereal with milk, served from 7-9 in the lobby with way too few places to sit. -Small rooms -Small beds -The lights in the room shut off automatically, no way to keep a night light on

-Great downtown location right next to China town -Free wine in the lobby from 4-6pm -We asked for a room on the top floor and got it.

The tall mirror in my bedroom is positioned so you can't stand in front of it to view yourself from head to toe.

I told the staff we were celebrating a birthday and asked if champagne was offered and they said yes but I thought it was going to be complimentary but I got charged and it was pretty terrible

Breakfast was not great. If you have gluten intolerances or allergies there is no yoghurt or hard boiled eggs, so nothing to eat except for muffins, waffles, cereal or toast and really nowhere to sit to eat your breakfast on a crowded summer travel day. We ate breakfast next door where you do get a 10% discount for staying at the Triton Hotel. The parking situation was strange. No parking at the hotel, but had to park in a parking structure a block away where we supposedly got a hotel rate according to the Triton staff, but when checking out of the parking lot there was no hotel rate available. I would not chose this hotel again if I was traveling with a family. Might be ok for couples.

The hotel was clean with nice art and decor. It felt a lot smaller than the pictures showed on the internet. Same with the room, our family stayed in a room with 2 double beds, but it was very crowded and the beds felt very small, the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Always nice to put extra pillows on bed which have a different feel. I tried to upgrade to bigger room, but none were available.

Hotel is OLD and recently renovated and you'll feel this in the rooms almost no need to wake up for breakfast, it's nothing and better to take a good sleep and have a nice bagel right across the corner. i can say that this one is maximum 2 to 3 stars but definitely not 4.

lost and found process does not work. I ask to a friend to get the apple power cable I forget and it was requested to fill a request in the INTernet, to get the answer it was not found
