Location. Pretty central to anything you would want to do in Port Aransas. Beds were comfortable and A/C was on point.

Could use another mirror somewhere in the space. The only mirror is in the single bathroom, need one in each bedroom too.

Good location and great value for the area and season. Really appreciated the amount of towels provided for a family returning from a day at the beach.

It was not very clean. It wasn't dirty but it wasn't clean either. If that makes sense. The floor was not very clean . The walls had stuff on them. And the coffee filter from the last guest was still in the coffee pot.

The location was excellent. Everything was no.more than5 minutes away. Very quiet 🤫 quiet. Front Desk was very nice and professional but at the same time personable. Great place

It was easy to find. Accommodating staff, clean very friendly. My only maybe complaint was the WiFi but didn’t even mind that since we don’t do much tv. Overall would definitely stay again.

The apartment did not have a lot of cookware or utensils. Best to bring what you need to fix food. The pots all have teflon on them. There are not any spices or condiments. If i was the property managers, I would encourage ppl to leave whatever is not perishable for the next visitors to use. The kids that stayed in the individual rooms all said the bathrooms are small but they were clean and beds were nice.

Check in was easy. Managers care about the property and the customers. We had a wedding on the beach and our whole family stayed here, in separate rooms. Cheaper than finding a house to rent with enough beds for all the adults. The 2 bed aptmt was awesome. (is on the second floor) Full kitchen, big table, eat in bar, huge refrigerator, sizable couch, comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. The deck was a bonus. Kitchen was big enough to feed our group of 17 each day. We also had the 2 bed cottage and was as nice as the apartment.

The floor inside was FILTHY!!! We have a crawling baby and his hands and feet were turning BLACK; I had to wash the floors by hand with a washcloth. Also the bed wasn't too comfortable, or the day bed..

I liked the location as well as the ability to cook! All the basic things were available to cook for my family. The pool was perfect and great for the kids! The convenience of the golf carts from Peyton's was a great plus as well! Also really liked the linen exchange and the soap provided as we forgot to pack ours, even though they did open late and close early 🤷‍♀️

Hard to keep bedrooms cool, suggested they add some blackout drapes to the windows to help knock down some of the heat and brightness the sun hits that side of the building all day long

I didn't mind the toilet making the loudest whistle sound when flushed, so I ended up fixing it. I didn't mind that our mini fridge/freezer reeked of shrimp and I didn't mind that there was a dead animal smell coming from outside the trash, because the young man at front desk took care of it. But what I did mind was hearing everyone's conversation next door to us. The walls are too thin, so don't expect to sleep in if you have loud neighbors. Plus, one of the beds squeaked like hell!! Lol On another note, the shaved ice stand by the pool was never opened during our stay. There was no supervision in the pool with random kids swimming at their own risks, very dangerous!! Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would book again in the near future. Thank you for accommodating our vacation!

Check-in was easy. Reserved Parking was awesome The pool area was great. The room was cool/temp and clean upon arrival. Quick drive to restaurants, groceries/supplies, ferry crossing, and not too far from beach.

The only downside was the lack of housekeeping during the stay. As a housekeeper myself, it was a bit of a letdown to have to tidy up, but thankfully, it wasn't too much of a hassle.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was very fun the kids had a blast playing in the pool. There was a smaller shallower pool that my youngest could swim in. You can get snow cones, ice cream, and food at the pool. My kids loved getting the ice cream from there. The golf cart rentals were nice and decently priced.

The room we stayed in for the first night was terrible. It stank really badly. The AC was so dirty and black. We couldn't change the room on the first night, because there was no one there after 5 p.m. There is always something missing, a towel hanger, a paper towel holder. I am just wondering, why didn't anyone from the staff notice this terrible smell? Or they did, and simply didn't care, hoping no one would say anything.

The resort is pet friendly, that was the reason that we chose it. The pools were pretty nice with two hot tubs. The location is great, close to everything. A few minutes drive to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants around. The second room was much better than the first (we had to move), it had a better AC and it was bigger.

The Bathroom was very small, especially the shower. It was so small that an average-height adult could not comfortably bend over to wash their feet. I have stayed at this resort many times, and was surprised that the shower was so small! The other rooms I have stayed in had normal-sized showers. This was the size of a small RV shower.

The room was clean, the Pool area was well maintained, The Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was great right in front of our room, very nice.

The plumbing on our tub was difficult to turn off. It was the original set, or just really old.

Great location, you have the only laundry mat in town across the street, and is close to the Port. Giant ice machine by the laundry mat has 4 dollar 20 lbs ice machine also! The room was awesome, but old. The kids loved the pool and property!

The fridge smelt like dead fish but they did offer to come clean it again. Also, our neighbors were screaming and laughing every night at 1-3am which isn’t the hotels fault but did make it hard to sleep

Nice property…staff always friendly. Love that you can park right in front of your room. Makes loading and unloading so easy.
