Unit #3- Needs new sofa and chair in living room! Maybe a few patio chairs! Step stone walkway was a little hard to walk on but we got the hang of it!

Unit #3- Location is excellent! Tucked away in a quiet area but 5 minute walk to beach! Watching sunrise and sunsets and 5 minute walk to shopping strip with 4 restaurants, convenient store, beach shop! Entertainment on weekend evenings! 15 Drive into WPB for some spring training games as well as Jupiter and Port st Lucie!

The water pressure in the shower is really poor. Some rugs are very stained and need replacing. I don’t believe we stayed in the exact apartment I thought I was signing up for but it was acceptable. Also since it’s so close to the beach, you should consider having some beach chairs and umbrellas available for your guests. Just a thought. Overall though the space was perfect for us.

Facility is within walking distance to the beach which is very nice. I also appreciated the free washer and dryer on site.

Living room carpet could do with a clean, and the small pool in the yard - we don’t have small kids but they would have enjoyed it if it had been in use. Cover for the spare duvet would be useful, as would a few more kitchen implements/glassware.

We were scuba-diving Blue Heron Bridge and this place was perfect for us - parking in the street right beside the apartment, the shared yard and private covered patio gave lots of space for drying gear, easy walk to Pura Vida dive shop, restaurants, shops and beach. Apartment was very spacious with 2 good-sized bedrooms, clean, well-stocked bathroom, clean kitchen/living room, comfy beds.

Was giving a code to an already occupied unit..new unit smelled like urine and the had broken items in the bathroom..the hot water tabs are reversed from normal but had no water pressure..

Very convenient to all activities beach and restaurants etc within walking distance. Minor things need addressing in unit but nothing major enough to not book here again. Owner was easy to deal with and pleasant. Would recommend

AC was set too high and with humidity it was impossible to sleep. Service number did not set up voice mail. Text message took almost 1 hours. AC code was not working to set thermostat. Owners did not adjust temperature once requested. TV did not work. WiFi did work

The room didn't seem as clean as the photos. There were scuffs on the walls and the couches. Additionally, the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. My main complaint was the bed. My husband and I put our son to bed in one room, we took the other room. Unfortunately we didn't realize until night time that our bed frame/box spring was completely broken. The mattress sunk to the bottom in the middle. Not a normal "this is a used mattress" kind of sinking to the middle, but completely broken kind of sinking. I immediately contacted the owners and NO response... Not even going to TRY to make it better? My husband and I slept on the couch that night (NOT a pull out couch). It was a ROUGH night sleep. Additionally, we saw sugar ants in the kitchen the next day (all of our food was sealed).

The location was great. It was great having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Also nice that we could bring our dog with us.

Great apartment rental!!! I rented unit # 4, which is the last unit located toward the back of the property. The complex was safe, peaceful, and very quiet during my stay. The entrance keypad to unlock the front door is such a pleasure, no having to carry around keys and easy to use once you get the hang of it. The apartment was extremely clean, bed and bedding very comfortable, and provided some necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, towels, dishwashing liquid to get you started. It has a fabulous kitchen with excellent appliances such as a stove, microwave, large spacious refrigerator, plenty of cabinet storage, and huge kitchen sink (as per a previous post)! There is tableware and cookware, ideal for travelers wishing to cook at home. The living room is also very spacious with a comfortable sofa to stay home and watch TV, and provides streaming TV service through Roku so you can view Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming channels (a nice added touch!) The shower works well and is spacious, with plenty of storage space for your toiletries. The bathroom sink has a storage cabinet with a set of "self-closing" drawers. The A/C unit is simply outstanding and was blown away by how cool it kept the entire apartment. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly and literally felt like a "home away from home"! There is a parking space per unit and never experienced any issues with parking. There was always an open spot available, no matter what time of day. The location is FABULOUS and short walking distance to nearby restaurants, bars, and Riviera Beach public access. Since this is an apartment rental, I recommend you stop at Publix before heading to your apartment to buy food and other essentials. That way you have everything you need to start enjoying your vacation once you arrive at your beautiful apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely rent this apartment again! Highly recommend!!
