Breakfast was out of alot of items. I didn't have time to wait. Usually breakfast is good when I visit.

I love the curtain set up. Room is dark. The a/c kept the room cool. Beds were comfy. I love the area around Little Italy.

The only thing I would complain is their breakfast. The egg is the worst egg I've ever had in my life. I only had breakfast once there, then I decided to go out to nearby cafe for breakfast.

The location is convenient, has a supermarket nearby and close to the harbour. The room and hotel is clean as well. It's good that there is a gym too. And it is so close to the Little Italy area for amazing restaurants and food.

The beds were not the best. They have platform frames that stick out beyond the mattress and both my husband and I hurt ourselves numerous times on them. Plus the pillows for the lack of a better word just plain sucked!!!

The location was great and the views from my window were spectacular! The staff were all so friendly and Marquitta was above and beyond!

    Nothing in particular.

The location is excellent. It’s walkable to so many nice places in the harbor. It’s also a very safe location in Little Italy, and the parking garage right across the street was super easy to use. All of the staff were friendly, especially Thelonious at the front desk.

The only thing is the little fridge did not get cold and there was no microwave in the room… but they did have a microwave in the lobby for the use if necessary.

The staff was wonderful. When you walked in the lobby you just knew this was going to be an enjoyable stay. It was very inviting and felt very clean.

    Nothing to complain about!

Nice staff and good facilities in trendy hotel in Fells Point Baltimore. Large room, large bathroom, everything worked, firm-ish bed, nice desk. The breakfast was impressive and there is 24-hour coffee/tea. Parking across the street in public garage. Several blocks walk to Fells Point and Harbor attractions.

    All of the above.

I wish I had known that there was another door accessible to the adjacent rooms. I couldn't sleep well because I could hear their conversations, and TV blasted loud. The other issue, I had discovered that I had discarded my parking ticket. To say the least, the guy that was on duty had no alternative method for me to leave the parking garage. He claimed that upon entry, my vehicle's tag was scanned, but obviously, that did not work because when he attempted to manually input my tag number, their system couldn't identify my tag. He suggested I find my ticket that I had. I tried several on hand & even walked back to my hotel to see if it were there. When I got back to my car, he still had no other options, I felt like I was literally being held against my will in a parking garage by a complete jerk! After trying to locate my ticket, walking back and forth from the garage to the hotel...all of a sudden he says It would cost me $18.00 to exit as it was going to be a big deal for me after spending more than 1 1/2 hours captive in a parking garage. I told him I didn't care about the cost, and then he proceeded to say, "You have to have a have a credit card" in a condescending way. I told him, "Okay, I have a credit card, and I can pay the $18 so I could leave." I couldn't believe he put me through all of that nonsense only to discover i could exit if I was even offered an opportunity to pay the fee. I digress

No pool. And needed cleaning daily. There are nondrawers to place clothes. We didn't get a refreshing in the room. Just requested towels every day. I know most places don't allow smoking however having a smoke area would've been nice

Hot breakfast each morning. Happy about the meat variety and got pancake machine. Location was perfect and close enough to eatery and entertainment. Game and lounge areas are nice

Pillows are uncomfortable and the thermostat controls are strange. There's no option for AC or Heat, you set the thermostat and the system adjusts the temp. So if you have room temp set for 74 degrees and the room is curently at 72 degrees, the heat comes on to warm it two degrees. The only way around this is to turn off the system until the internal temp is where you desire it to be.

Central location to Fells Point, Canton, Harbor-area, and sports complexes. Parking facilty is right across the street.
